The module comprises a perforated first wall with a cutout, a second wall, a cellular structure extending from the second wall to the first wall, a recess provided in the cellular structure between a perforated bottom and a perforated top, and a heat exchanger which is fixed inside the recess between the bottom and the top and in which the second fluid circulates. Such a module ensures an attenuation of sound waves and a heat exchange without limiting the attenuation surface.

The unit has a first cooler coupled with the frame proximate to a respective side region and generally parallel to a vertical axis. The unit has a second cooler coupled with the frame proximate to the top region and generally perpendicular to the vertical axis. The unit includes an inner airflow region within the heat exchanger unit, and a first baffle disposed within the inner airflow region.

The thermal management assembly includes a heat sink base component and a plurality of thermally conductive fins disposed in a sparsely-arranged array in thermal communication with the heat sink base component. Each fin defines a two-sided Helmholtz unit cell disposed in a periodic array extending from the heat sink base component. Each unit cell includes a lossy resonator and a lossless resonator. The lossy resonator includes a first chamber portion bounded by at least one first boundary wall defining a first chamber volume, and a first neck forming an opening in the first chamber portion. The lossless resonator includes a second chamber portion bounded by at least one second boundary wall defining a second chamber volume, and a second neck forming an opening in the second chamber portion.

The heatsink module include a heat-dissipation plate including a base fixed to the both flanges; and a plurality of heat-dissipation fins extending downward from a bottom of the base. The heatsink module includes a supporter interposed between the bottom face of the housing and the heat-dissipation fins. The supporter has slots defined therein for accommodating at least portions of the heat-dissipation fins respectively.
