Heat exchanger
The present disclosure relates to a heat exchanger including a plurality of fluid guiding metal pipes (2) having pipe ends (3) arranged side by side at intervals, at least one pipe bottom (4) made of plastic and having receiving through-holes (5) in which the pipe ends (3) may be received, and a collection box (6) made of plastic and which may be connected to the pipe bottom (4) by a locking device formed between the pipe bottom and the collection box, wherein a seal (9) may be inserted between the pipe bottom (4) and the collection box (6), and the seal ensures press-fit of the pipe bottom (4) on the pipe ends (3) and seals the collection box (6) against the pipe bottom (4) and the pipe bottom (4) against the pipe ends (3).
Heat exchanger
A heat exchanger for transferring heat between a gaseous first fluid and a liquid second fluid may include a plurality of hollow pipes extending transversely through a first fluid path for conducting the first fluid. The plurality of pipes may be coupled externally to a plurality of cooling fins arranged in the first fluid path. The plurality of pipes may internally define a second fluid path for conducting the second fluid. The plurality of pipes and the plurality of cooling fins may be arranged stacked on one another in a stacking direction to define a cooler block. The cooler block may include two side parts extending along two outer sides of the cooler block facing away from one another in the stacking direction. At least one tension rod may fixedly connect the two side parts and be configured to transmit a tensile force in the stacking direction.
DISTRIBUTION PIPE ASSEMBLY FOR HEAT EXCHANGER, HEADER ASSEMBLY HAVING SAME, AND HEAT EXCHANGER
A distribution pipe assembly (1) for a heat exchanger (100), a header assembly (20) having the distribution pipe assembly (1), and a heat exchanger (100). The distribution pipe assembly (1) includes a first distribution pipe, the first distribution pipe comprising: a main wall (10) extending in a first direction (D1) serving as an axial direction, and having a first side (11) in a second direction (D2) perpendicular to the first direction (D1), and a second side (12) in the second direction (D2) opposite the first side (11); and a protruding wall (3) protruding, in the second direction (D2), from the main wall (10). The distribution pipe assembly (1) and the heat exchanger (100) improve heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger (100).
