The first pattern of ridges and grooves is different from the second pattern of ridges and grooves, so that an interplate flow channel volume on one side of the first heat exchanger plates (110) is different from the interplate flow channel volume on the opposite side of the first heat exchanger plates (110). The heat exchanger (100) is provided with a retrofit port heat exchanger (400). A system and a method are also disclosed.
Heat exchanging plate with varying pitch
A plate heat exchanger without straight flow channels is provided, for exchanging heat between fluids. Said heat exchanger, comprises a start plate, an end plate and a number of heat exchanger plates provided with a pressed pattern of ridges and grooves with a pitch. The heat exchanger plates are kept at a distance from each other by contact between ridges and grooves of neighboring plates in contact points, when said plates are being stacked onto one another. Flow channels are thus formed between said plates, the contact points are positioned so that no straight lines are formed along the length of the heat exchanger plates.
Display device
A display device is disclosed. The display device includes a display panel, a vapor chamber positioned behind the display panel, a board, which is positioned behind the vapor chamber and is coupled to the vapor chamber, and an adhesive member disposed between the display panel and the vapor chamber so as to be coupled thereto, wherein the vapor chamber includes a first plate, which defines a front surface thereof and faces the display panel, a second plate, which defines a rear surface thereof and is coupled to the first plate, and fluid flowing in a space defined between the first plate and the second plate, and wherein the first plate includes a coupler, which is depressed rearwards from the first plate and to which the adhesive member is coupled.
Aircraft heat exchanger finned plate manufacture
A method for forming a heat exchanger plate includes: securing a wave form metallic sheet to a heat exchanger plate substrate, the substrate comprising a first face and a second face opposite the first face, the securing of the wave form metallic sheet being to the first face; and removing peaks of the sheet.
HEAT EXCHANGE PROMOTION MEMBER AND HEAT EXCHANGER
Provided is a heat exchange promotion member and a heat exchanger that can improve heat transfer performance while holding down an increase in pressure drag of a fluid that exchanges heat with the heat exchange promotion member. A heat dissipation fin 14 of the present invention is a heat exchange promotion member that exchanges heat with a flowing fluid. The heat dissipation fin 14 includes a planar part 12 which is a surface substantially parallel to the fluid flowing direction and a raised part 13 that protrudes from the planar part 12 toward the fluid. The raised part 13 has a portion slanted relative to the direction in which the fluid flows, and there are a plurality of the raised parts 13 formed spaced apart from one another in the fluid flowing direction.
PLATE, PLATE ASSEMBLY AND HEAT EXCHANGER
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of heat exchange devices, and in particular, to a plate, a plate assembly and a heat exchanger. The plate comprises a plate body and a first through hole and a second through hole provided on the plate body; the plate body forms a pipe segment around the first through hole, and the second through hole is arranged close to the outer periphery of the pipe segment.
PLATE FOR A PLATE KIND HEAT EXCHANGER WITH ASYMMETRICAL CORRUGATIONS
A plate (2) for a plate kind heat exchanger (1) is disclosed. The plate (2) is provided with a plurality of corrugations (8), a cross-section of the plate (2) thereby defining a plurality of hills (9) and valleys (10) which define flow paths along surfaces of the plate (2). The hills (9) and/or the valleys (10) have a shape which is asymmetrical with respect to a center line (11, 12) intersecting a top point of the hill (9) and/or valley (10). A plate kind heat exchanger (1) having a plurality of such plates (2) arranged in a stacked configuration, where the hills (9) and valleys (10) formed in the plates (2) define flow paths between the plates (2) is also disclosed.
A REFRIGERATION SYSTEM AND METHOD
A refrigeration system includes a compressor for compressing a gaseous refrigerant, such that the temperature and pressure thereof increases, whereas the boiling point thereof decreases; a condenser, in which the gaseous refrigerant from the compressor exchanges heat with a high temperature heat carrier, said heat exchange resulting in the refrigerant condensing; an expansion valve reducing the pressure of liquid refrigerant from the condenser, hence reducing the boiling point of the refrigerant; an evaporator, in which the low boiling point refrigerant exchanges heat with a low temperature heat carrier, such that the refrigerant vaporizes; and a suction gas heat exchanger exchanging heat between high temperature liquid refrigerant from the condenser and low temperature gaseous refrigerant from the evaporator. The low temperature gaseous refrigerant entering the suction gas heat exchanger contains a certain amount of low temperature liquid refrigerant, said low temperature liquid refrigerant vaporizing as a result of the heat exchange with the high temperature liquid refrigerant from the condenser. Disclosed is also a refrigeration method.
