The primary heat exchanger and the secondary heat exchanger are arranged in parallel, perpendicularly to each other so that the secondary header plates of the secondary heat exchanger at least partially overlap the stack of the primary tubes of the primary heat exchanger.
PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER AND ITS USE AS LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS VAPORIZER
A plate heat exchanger, which includes a flexible structure and/or a heating channel between the first support end plate of the plate pack and the first end plate of the outer casing, and/or an inner tube arranged inside the inlet connection tube of the first heat exchange medium for improving plate heat exchanger's ability to withstand thermal stresses caused by temperature differences, e.g. when using in heating of liquefied natural gas.
MEMORY COOLER
A memory cooler includes a unitary thermal transfer device and a pair of endcaps. The unitary thermal transfer device includes heat transfer tubes, a first end block, a second end block, an inlet chamber, an outlet chamber, an inlet, and an outlet. The first and second end blocks are structurally integrated with each of the heat transfer tubes. The inlet and outlet chambers are partially defined by either the first end block or the second end block. Each of the inlet and outlet chambers are fluidly coupled with the respective liquid flow channel of the at least one heat transfer tube. The respective flow channels to which the inlet and outlet chambers are coupled may be the same or different to define either a direct or a serpentine flow path. Each endcap is affixed to a respective one of the first end block and the second end block to define, in conjunction with the first end block and second end block, the inlet chamber and the outlet chamber.
HEAT EXCHANGER
A heat exchanger including a tube/rib block made up of tubes and ribs, the tubes forming fluid channels for conducting a first fluid, in particular a refrigerant, and the ribs arranged between the tubes forming a second fluid channel for conducting a second fluid, such as, in particular, air, which flows around the tubes, a collector being arranged at at least one end of the tube/rib block, which communicates with the fluid channels of the tubes, the at least one collector being provided with a plate-type design and including at least one base plate and a cover plate, which are stacked and soldered in a sealed manner, a spacer for spacing the base plate at a distance from the cover plate and for distributing the first fluid in the collector being provided.
Liquid Manifold for Electronics Cabinet
A manifold assembly provided for a server rack. The manifold assembly can include a manifold tube with a port hole within a spotface that extends inward from an external surface of the manifold tube. A channel can be included having a channel aperture. A bushing can also be included with a throughbore extending along a bushing axis. The bushing can be coupled to the channel with the bushing axis in alignment with a center of the channel aperture. The channel can be rigidly secured to the manifold tube to provide structural support thereto relative to the server rack, with the bushing captivated between the channel and the manifold tube and the bushing received within the spotface.
CONNECTING DEVICE OF LIQUID COOLING MODULE
A connecting device of a liquid cooling module is provided, including a floating connector, a case, and an elastic sheet. The floating connector has a channel configured to let a liquid pass through it. The elastic sheet includes a first extending structure, a second extending structure, and a curved structure. The first extending structure is affixed to the case. The second extending structure is connected to the floating connector. The head end and the tail end of the curved structure are respectively connected to the first extending structure and the second extending structure.
ADAPTABLE LIQUID CONNECTOR STRUCTURE
An adaptable liquid connector structure includes a case, an intermediate member and a liquid connector main body. The case is a hollow frame. The intermediate member is located in the case and includes an opening formed at a front area thereof for mounting the liquid connector main body therein, a locating bore located below the opening, and a plurality of elastic elements mounted on outer sides and a rear side of thereof. The intermediate member is supported by the elastic elements to suspend in the case and the elastic elements absorb assembly tolerance of the adaptable liquid connector structure, such that the liquid connector main body mounted therein is allowed for a positional floating adjustment in and relative to the case upward, downward, leftward and rightward to be smoothly, correctly and securely connected to an adaptor connector.
System for degassing and/or separation of fluid streams and methods of using same
One method disclosed herein of processing a process fluid that comprises dissolved gas includes performing a degassing process on the process fluid by heating the process fluid via heat transfer with a heat transfer fluid, wherein at least some amount of the heat transfer fluid condenses in the first heat transfer process and latent heat of the heat transfer fluid as it condenses is used to increase the temperature of the process fluid. Thereafter, the heat transfer fluid is passed through an expansion device so as to produce a post-expansion heat transfer fluid. The temperature of the heated process fluid is decreased by performing a second heat transfer process between the post-expansion heat transfer fluid and the heated process fluid, wherein the temperature of the post-expansion heat transfer fluid is increased and the latent heat that was supplied to the process fluid in the first heat transfer process is removed.
