At least the first pair of collectors are arranged substantially vertically. The receiver drier includes a tubular casing, an inlet and an outlet port, a desiccant section and a suction tube. The inlet and outlet ports are configured at opposite lateral ends of the tubular casing. The desiccant section is configured between the lateral ends of the tubular casing. The suction tube configures fluid communication between the desiccant section and the outlet port. The receiver drier is disposed horizontally. The suction tube enables receiving of the fluid from a lower portion of the tubular casing along the vertical direction and upstream of the suction tube in direction of fluid flow in the receiver drier.
THERMAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR AN ELECTRIC COMPONENT
A thermal management system for an electric component has a housing for the electric component and a heat exchange plate extending over the surface of the lateral face of the housing. The plate has a fluid channel between a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet, a supply duct to supply the plate with fluid and a discharge duct, a casing defining the housing(s) and receiving the heat exchange plate and the supply and discharge ducts. The system includes a fluid collecting box arranged to collect fluid from a possible fluid leakage at the junction between the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet of the plate and the associated supply and discharge ducts, so as to prevent said leaked fluid from dripping into a bottom of the casing.
Un-finned heat exchanger
An un-finned heat exchanger (100). The heat exchanger (100) comprises: a heat exchange tube (1), which comprises a body; a fluid channel (11) formed inside the body; and a collecting tube (2) connected to the heat exchange tube (1). Using the heat exchanger can reduce accumulation of dirt on the heat exchanger.
Thermal bridge for an electrical component
A thermal bridge includes an upper bridge assembly including upper plates arranged in an upper plate stack and a lower bridge assembly including lower plates arranged in a lower plate stack. The thermal bridge includes upper spring elements extending from upper plates having upper mating interfaces engaging lower plates to bias the upper plates in a first biasing direction generally away from the lower bridge assembly. The thermal bridge includes lower spring elements extending from lower plates having lower mating interfaces engaging upper plates to bias the lower plates in a second biasing direction generally away from the upper bridge assembly. A bridge frame having connecting elements extends through the upper plates and the lower plates to hold the upper plates in the upper plate stack and to hold the lower plates in the lower plate stack.
HEAT DISSIPATION DEVICE AND COOLING DEVICE
A heat dissipation device includes a radiator, a first tank, and a pump assembly. The radiator cools liquid and extends in a first direction. The first tank is connected to the radiator, and the liquid passes through the first tank. The pump assembly is connected to the first tank and circulates the liquid flowing in from the first tank. The radiator includes a pipe through which the liquid passes. The pipe extends along the first direction. The pump assembly is located on one side in the first direction of the radiator. The pump assembly includes a first pump, a second pump, and a flow path portion. The first pump feeds and circulates the liquid. The second pump feeds and circulates the liquid. The flow path portion guides the liquid fed from the first pump and the second pump toward an outside of the pump assembly.
Heat Exchanger
The present disclosure provides a heat exchanger, including: a plurality of flat pipes, wherein, the plurality of flat pipes are arranged at intervals; first sealing cushion blocks, arranged between two adjacent flat pipes, wherein the first sealing cushion blocks are located on end portions of the flat pipes, so as to seal gaps between two adjacent flat pipes by means of the first sealing cushion blocks; and a flow collecting shell, provided with a first opening portion, wherein at least part of the first sealing cushion blocks and the end portions of the flat pipes are all plugged into the first opening portion, so that the flow collecting shell, the flat pipes and the first sealing cushion blocks form a flow collecting channel in an encircling manner.
Heat Exchanger
Some embodiments of the present disclosure provides a heat exchanger, including: a plurality of flat pipes disposed at intervals, wherein the flat pipe is provided with an inlet portion and an outlet portion, and both the inlet portion and the outlet portion are located on a first end of the flat pipe; a first sealing cushion block, disposed between two adjacent flat pipes; and a flow collecting portion, provided with a first opening portion and a second opening portion, wherein the first opening portion is disposed opposite to the inlet portion, and the second opening portion is disposed opposite to the outlet portion. The first sealing cushion block includes a first sealing portion and a second sealing portion.
AIR-CONDITIONING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING AIR-CONDITIONING APPARATUS
An air-conditioning apparatus includes: a compressor, a first heat exchanger, an expansion unit and a second heat exchanger that are connected, by a pipe, in a refrigerant circuit through which refrigerant flows, wherein the first heat exchanger includes: a radiator fin, multiple tubes extending through the radiator fin and through which the refrigerant flows, and a side plate provided at end portions of the multiple tubes, and having multiple holes formed thereon, through which the multiple tubes are extended, wherein, on the side plate, between the holes corresponding to the multiple tubes to be connected, a marking corresponding to a type of a connection member that connects the multiple tubes is provided.
