Air conditioner
An air conditioner is provided that includes a filter, a filter cleaning unit having a space formed therein to place foreign matter separated from the filter, a moving mechanism to make the filter cleaning unit move along the filter, the moving mechanism including a first gear having a closed loop section shape with gear teeth formed at at least one of an outside circumference or an inside circumference, a gear guide to guide the first gear to rotate while maintaining at least one linear portion, a second gear engaged with the first gear, a drive source to make the second gear rotate, a third gear engaged with the linear portion of the first gear, and a connection mechanism connected both to the third gear and the filter cleaning unit to make the filter cleaning unit move, thereby permitting to make the moving mechanism compact and enhancing reliability.
Cleaning Device for Condensers
There is described a novel cleaning device for a condenser of a chiller system comprising: a condenser provided with a cooling grid, said cooling grid comprising one or more fins; a dust extraction system configured to remove dust from the surface of the one or more fins of the grid and/or the condenser.

Device for sanitizing air-conditioners
A device for sanitizing a unit of an air conditioning system having a source of sanitizing fluid, means for the controlled delivery of a jet of sanitizing fluid, suctioning means to generate suction flow is provided. The device has suction opening shaped to direct the suction flow towards a determined direction with respect to the direction of the jet of sanitizing fluid. The suction opening is smaller than the unit of the air conditioning to be sanitized in order to be alternately moved from a first portion of the unit towards a second portion of the same unit.

Direct Drive for HVAC Air Duct Cleaning System
A improved drive mechanism for coupling a rotatable drive cable to a remote tool, especially for a heating/ventilating/air conditioning (HVAC) air duct cleaning system, having an angled inlet for connecting a remote tool via a rotatable cable, a cable connector guide aligned with the angled inlet for receiving a connection end of the rotatable cable, and a motor such as a brushless direct current (DC) motor with a direct-drive coupling to the connection end of the rotatable connector.
Plate and shell heat exchanging system having a divided manifold tube
A heat exchanging system includes a tank including a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet, which encloses (envelopes) a heat exchanger including a manifold tube and one or more one heat exchanging plates, extending from the manifold tube. The manifold tube includes a fluid intake and the fluid outlet, as well as a manifold barrier, which divides the interior of the manifold tube (for example, which is hollow), so as to define within the manifold tube an intake region and an outlet region. The heat exchanging system also has at least one heat exchanging plate extending from the manifold tube, the at least one heat exchanging plate with at least one plate barrier, such that the heat exchanging plate is configured to define a fluid flow path within the heat exchanging plate such that fluid flows from the intake region of the manifold tube.
CLEANING DEVICE FOR A REFRIGERATED DISPLAY COUNTER
A refrigerated display counter comprises, a display structure for positioning and containing products to be displayed and refrigerated, a containment structure positioned below with respect to said display structure, said containment structure comprising at least a first side wall, a steam compression refrigerant circuit, wherein the condenser and the compressor of said circuit are housed within said containment structure, a cleaning device comprising a cleaning element movable along a surface to be cleaned of said refrigerant circuit, a handle graspable by an operator for moving said cleaning element and a connecting support for connecting said cleaning element and said handle. The first side wall is interposed between said cleaning element and said handle and is provided with a hole, said connecting support being through said hole.

Condenser Cleaning System
A condenser cleaning system comprises of a cleaning unit with a mounting flange which is used to securely place the cleaning unit in between a condenser and a mesh. The mesh is placed on the cleaning unit using a bent edge. The cleaning unit has a cleaner that moves over a plurality of heat exchange fins of the condenser removing debris and the cleaner also moves over the mesh removing debris.
As the cleaner, preferably in a form of a brush roller, moves over the plurality of heat exchange fins, the cleaner displaces debris collected on the plurality of heat exchange fins.
