WATER PIPE SCALE REMOVAL DEVICE
20230098654 · 2023-03-30 ·

An illustrated view of an exemplary water pipe scale removal device is presented. The water pipe scale removal device includes a cutting head configured to be inserted into a pipe. In addition, the water pipe scale removal device includes a flexible drive cable in rotational communication with the cutting head. The cutting head includes a cylindrical shaft having three separated cutting members. Each separated cutting member includes eight elongated cutting blades arranged concentrically around the cylindrical shaft, while each cutting blade has a side cutting edge and a front cutting edge. The cutting blades are oriented at an acute angle to the central axis of the cylindrical shaft. The device is useful for removing scale buildup from a pipe.

Mounting Arrangement for Turbulators of a Furnace Heat Exchanger

A boiler apparatus having a combustion chamber, a container for receiving liquid to be heated, a flue, and tubes passing through the container to join the combustion chamber and flue includes a tube cleaning system comprising outer edges of turbulators that are in contact with the respective inner tube surface, a horizontally extending shaft over the tubes, and pivotal connections by which the downwardly depending turbulators are connected to the shaft. The shaft defines an axis about which it is pivotal, where by pivoting of the shaft the turbulators are moved relative to the tubes in vertical longitudinal sliding movement from an operating position to a raised position and back thereto so as to generate a cleaning action against the inner tube surface. Each turbulator is removably attached to the shaft independently of the other allowing each to be removed for cleaning without disassembling a remainder of the tube cleaning system.

EXHAUST HEAT RECOVERY BOILER

An exhaust heat recovery boiler includes: a duct casing in which exhaust gas flows; a tubular extending portion extending upward from the duct casing; a heat exchanger tube located in the duct casing; a hammering rod connected to the heat exchanger tube in the duct casing and passing through an inside of the extending portion, the hammering rod including an upper part projecting to an outside of the extending portion; and an annular sleeve attached to the upper part of the hammering rod through a packing. The extending portion includes an upper flat surface which is located at an upper end of the extending portion, realizes a seal between the upper flat surface and a lower surface of the sleeve, and is annular and flat.

Method and system for cleaning a heat exchange system of a heating ventilation and air conditioning system

A method for cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting commercial and residential HVAC system includes applying low pressure cleaning foam to heat-exchange coils of the HVAC system, the cleaning foam including one or more agents that break down organic and/or inorganic fouling dirt or debris, the foam removing and carrying away dirt or debris from the coils. Moving air, such as from the air handler of the HVAC system, pushes or draws the cleaning foam from the first side of the coils toward a second side, the cleaning foam and removed dirt or debris exiting the second side of the coils. The moving air and cleaning foam move co-currently in the same direction through spaces in the coils.

Pivoting tube brush

Pivoting brush heads and associated machines in which cleaning of interior tube surfaces occurs by a forward non-cleaning pass of a pivoting brush head through a tube followed by a reverse cleaning pass where the pivoting brush head engages and cleans the interior surface. The pivoting brush head has a first position for the forward pass producing minimum engagement of interior tube surfaces, and a second position for the reverse pass of full cleaning engagement with the interior tube surfaces.

A laundry treating apparatus may include a cabinet, a drum rotatably installed in the cabinet, a heat exchanger disposed in the cabinet and receiving air from the drum, and a cleaning device disposed in the cabinet and moved by an external force in a first direction to remove lint accumulated on the heat exchanger. The lint may be simply removed from the heat exchanger and air may smoothly flow through the heat exchanger, thus improving performance of the laundry treating apparatus.
