Rust prevention device for gun
A rust prevention device for guns which includes a mounting case with a mounting space and a bullet-shaped rust prevention plug mounted in the mounting space is revealed. An outer diameter of the rust prevention plug is sized to fit in a bore or a magazine of the gun. A main body of the rust prevention plug which is a molded block made of porous adsorbents or volatile corrosion inhibitors (VCIs) is exposed outside the mounting case. Thereby the rust prevention device is loaded into the bore or magazine like a cartridge and the main body of the rust prevention plug is exposed to increase surface area in contact with air in the gun. The rust prevention plug has more contact with metal parts in the gun due to diffusion in air. Therefore, the gun is better protected against rust.

Lock Structure With Improved Safety, And Gun Lock
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of special locks. The lock structure with improved safety includes a support assembly, a fixed cavity and an unlocking cavity; the fixed cavity is provided with a lock beam; the unlocking cavity is provided with a lockhole and a locking device; the lock beam is threaded into a trigger position of a gun and then into the lockhole and is locked by the locking device; an inner wall of the lockhole extends into the unlocking cavity to form a lockhole ring; a convex rib is arranged on an inner wall of the lockhole ring; a groove is formed in an outer wall of the lock beam; the convex rib and the groove are connected with each other in an embedded manner, so that the lock beam is stabilized in the lockhole ring.
WORKPIECE FOR PRODUCING A FIREARM
Workpieces for producing a firearm have an elongated body defined within a cross-sectional profile with a first elongated passage configured to receive the upper portion of the bolt, and with a second elongated passage configured to receive the lower portion of the bolt, and the elongated body having a separator between the first elongated passage and the second elongated passage and configured to prevent installation of the bolt assembly when the separator is present, and to enable installation of the bolt assembly when the separator is absent. The cross-sectional profile may be along the entire length of the elongated body. The cross-sectional profile may fully encompass the first elongated passage. The first elongated passage may be open only at the ends of the elongated body. The cross-sectional profile may have a U-shaped cross-section.

Device and Method for Locking a Gun and Ensuring its Firing Chamber is Empty
A firearm inhibiting device and method of using the same is disclosed which will only mount onto the firearm if the firing chamber is empty of ammunition (a live cartridge). Further inhibiting, for handguns the device prevents operation of the gun's action mechanism. Further inhibiting, for long-guns the device prevents a live cartridge from entering the firing chamber. The empty chamber indication is unique in that it will indicate an empty firing chamber while the action is prevented from operation and in the battery position.

Tamper-actuated fluid release firearm interlock
Apparatus and associated methods relate to a firearm lock configured to release a self-hardening interlock fluid into a firing chamber of a firearm in response to a predetermined force. In an illustrative example, the firearm lock may include an engagement module configured to releasably couple to a firing chamber of the firearm. In a locked mode, for example, the engagement module may prevent the firearm from firing. The firearm lock may include, for example, a tamper interlock module containing interlock material (IM) in a fluid state. When a predetermined force is applied to the tamper interlock module, for example, the IM may be dispensed from the cavity into the firing chamber and the IM may at least partially transition into a solid state such that the IM prevents the firearm from firing. Various embodiments may advantageously disable a locked firearm in response to tampering with the lock.
