CONCEALABLE PISTOL
A pistol comprises a barrel connected to a frame that has a grip portion defining an elongated magazine well. A magazine defining a plurality of chambers is removably receivable within the well. A trigger assembly connected to the frame engages a magazine with a follower or cam surface by which trigger assembly advances the magazine within the well and indexes the magazine along its length to sequentially align each chamber with the barrel, and sequentially discharge each cartridge in the magazine. The follower elements may be arranged parallel to the length of the magazine so that each may be associated with a particular chamber. A “safety” condition is effectible by pushing a loaded magazine downward and into a concealable condition with its chambers out of alignment with the gun barrel and wherein a transfer bar safety blocks the hammer from inserting its firing pin into a magazine chamber.

TRIGGER-CYCLED FIREARM
Trigger-cycled firearms have a frame, a barrel, a bolt assembly connected to the frame in registration with the barrel and operable to reciprocate between a retracted position and a forward battery position, a trigger lever connected to the frame and operable to move between a forward rest position and a rearward actuated position, and the trigger lever operably connected to the bolt to move the bolt from the forward battery position to the retracted position and to release the bolt to the forward battery position and discharge the firearm in response to movement of the trigger lever from the forward rest position to the rearward actuated position when the bolt is in the forward position. There may be a connector bar pivotally connected to the frame and operably engaged to the bolt assembly and to the trigger lever. The connector bar may be slidably connected to the bolt assembly.

TRIGGERING MECHANISM
A triggering mechanism for a weapon may include a moveably arranged trigger; an actuator slidably arranged along a path; and a releasable coupling. The releasable coupling member may be configured to couple the actuator with the trigger such that when a pulling motion is exerted on the trigger, the actuator moves in a first direction along the. An adjustable stop member may be configured to stop the movement of the actuator in the first direction at an adjustable stop position, such that further pulling motion on the trigger causes the actuator to be released from the trigger and to be moved in a second direction along the path. The second direction is different than the first direction. A sensor may be configured to detect movement of the actuator in the second direction and in response to the detection transmit a trigger signal.
Barrel latch safety pin
A safety pin locks a barrel latch while the firearm discharges a round of ammunition. The barrel latch safety locking mechanism is incorporated into the frame and is actuated by the trigger assembly. The barrel latch safety locking mechanism engages the barrel latch to prevent movement during firing keeping the barrel latch engaged with the barrel. The firearm is further comprised of a slide switch that is connected to the barrel latch that allows a user to disengage the barrel latch for loading.
Pistol with short barrel and deep groove rifling
A barrel has a barrel body that extends a barrel length and a bore extending through the barrel body. The bore has a cartridge chamber section and a rifled section with a bore diameter. A cartridge shell fits within the cartridge chamber section and the projectile extends from the cartridge chamber section into the rifled section. The cartridge shell with the projectile has a shell length within the bore, the barrel length is less than twice the shell length. The rifled section has rifling grooves between rifling lands, and each of the rifling lands has a land width. The groove diameter is greater than the land diameter by an amount that is more than one half of the land width. The barrel body has an extractor assembly with an arm retractably extending from a cavity. The arm can rotate in the cavity when extended and does not rotate when retracted.
