ARCHERY ACCESSORY GUARD AND METHOD
An archery accessory guard and method are disclosed herein. The archery accessory guard, in an embodiment, includes a coupler and a body coupled to the coupler. The coupler is attachable to a support. The body is configured to at least partially guard an archery accessory element that has a front element surface, a rear element surface, and an element part. The body has at least one body surface configured to at least partially face toward the front element surface or the rear element surface. The archery accessory guard is configured to maintain a gap between the body and the element part. The body is configured to receive a force directed toward the element part and then transmit the force to the support.
Archery arrow puller
An archery arrow/bolt pulling device designed for the safe, easy, non-destructive and one handed extraction of deeply embedded, complete arrow or bolt assemblies regardless of shaft diameter or arrowhead type from foam and other target materials. This device pulls with three surrounding gripping jaws in a coaxial path with the long axis of the arrow/bolt and the combined mechanical advantage power of lever, fulcrum and cam while overcoming the minimal movement of the load end of the lever by means of a ratcheting pawl and toothed pull rod.
Device for Measuring Arrow Location at Rest
A device is disclosed for measuring arrow position or location at rest. An example device includes a platform that mounts to an archery bow system to determine a position of an arrow shaft in relation to an inside of a riser shelf of the archery bow system for tuning or data collection. The example device also includes a first slot in the platform. A center shot indicator adjacent to the first slot references the center shot of the arrow shaft. A measurement reference is slidable, separately, in the first slot to reference center shot of the arrow shaft.
Cocking Rope with Angled Hooks
In some embodiments, a crossbow cocking device comprises a rope and a hook engaged with the rope. The hook defines a longitudinal axis and comprises a valley, a surface of the valley oriented at a non-orthogonal angle to the longitudinal axis.
ARCHERY HAND WARMING DEVICE
What is disclosed is an archery hand warming device that functions to keep a user's bow hand warm when grasping an archery bow. The device has a sleeve that fits over a user's forearm and two flaps that wrap around a user's hand when grasping the handle of a bow so as to shield a user's bow hand from the elements. The archery hand warming device utilizes a grommet or other opening typically located in one or both flaps which allows for the passage of a male threaded connector of a typical archery stabilizer to pass through and connect to the female threaded connector of an archery bow in order to mount or attach the archery hand warming device to the archery bow.
Sighting Device for Alignment of an Archery Bow
A sighting device, and method utilizing the device, for the alignment of an archery bow to achieve accuracy and consistency of the shooting position. The sighting device is mounted on the bow and comprises a main component frame, a spirit level mounted on the frame at the front, distal from the user, and an alignment pin mounted on the frame at the rear, proximal to the user. The method comprises the visual alignment of the spirit level and the alignment pin to achieve consistency of the shooting position.
Hands-free attachable wind detection device
A wind detection device of a generally bisected cylindrical-type shape with a flat face at the bisection, for attachment to other devices such as a hunting bow, having opaque or translucent walls formed of an impermeable material such as plastic where one end narrows down to an opening for a lid to attach to and seal device; and where lid narrows down further to another cylindrical-type shape with another, smaller opening for contents of device to exit through.
Torque spike bow grip aid
Shooting accuracy in archery may be greatly improved by increasing the precision and repeatability in which an archer establishes anchor points, which are contact points between the archer and a drawn bow and arrow at a moment of launch. One such contact point is the fingers of the hand gripping the bow grip. The invention provides a torque spike as a bow grip aid which enables an archer to repeatably grip the same location of the bow grip and maintain consistent grip firmness from one shot to the next.
Bow riser with integrated central accessory mount
An archery bow with a riser including a mount in an upper wall of a sight window of the riser may allow for a novel manner of mounting an archery accessory. Placement of the mount within a centerline plane of the riser may maintain the weight of the archery accessory along a center of the bow, thereby reducing or eliminating asymmetrically weighted bows or the need for an additional stabilizer to balance the weight of the archery accessory. Positioning the mount in the upper wall of the sight window additionally allows for coordination of the position of a secondary accessory, such as a sight, a light, or a camera, in addition to mounting an arrow rest, such as in a lower wall of the sight window, while maintaining the centralized weight advantages noted above.
