Modular Hybrid Speargun
A modular speargun for underwater hunting is disclosed. The system contains a plurality of components which allow for customization of the speargun based on the user's needs and the conditions where a user is hunting. By allowing rapid additions or removals of certain components, the invention allow the user to easily modify the firing characteristics of the speargun, and thus target a wider range of prey across a wider range of environmental conditions than those designs currently available in the prior art.

Scuba diving accessory, monopod, sling, fishing spear, buoyancy stick, lobster tickling rod, eel rattle, signaling device for other divers
A diving accessory is disclosed. The invention is comprised of a compact, lightweight fishing spear having two parts: a hollow main tube and a barbed spear. Said spear can be stowed inside the tube and the entire apparatus clipped to a diver when not in use. The invention can also be used as a poking stick (for self defense against large sea creatures), a tickling stick (for prodding prey out of small spaces), and as a camera monopole (by using the onboard shoe mount). An objective of the invention is to provide a compact, spearfishing device with multiple functions to enhance the diving experience.

SHARK REPELLENT
Some embodiments may be of spearfishing apparatus fitted with at least one magnet configured to repel sharks away from the spearfishing apparatus. The spearfishing apparatus may be one or more of: a spearfishing shaft, a spearfishing tip, and/or a spearfishing gun. Such magnets may be electromagnets powered by batteries in some embodiments.
Speargun handle
The invention relates to a speargun handle (1) having a reinforced trigger guard (5) which creates a chamber (6) in which there is a trigger lever (7). The handle (1) has a retaining member (10) with chambers (12) surrounded by a non-slip retaining cover (11). It also has a loading aid (17), a front end (23) for fitting a tube (2), incorporated deflectors (25) for lines and a line holder (32). The handle (1) further comprises a reverse trigger mechanism, wherein the trigger lever (7) is located outside the cartridge (26). The retaining hook (27) may alternatively have a notch for a pivot pin (38) which receives the developing stresses derived from the shaft's (4) launching.
