An auxiliary optical system is installed on a telescopic sight of a gun, the telescope sight including an eyepiece end, an objective end and a first reticle. The system includes a digital imaging member fixed at the objective end by a first fixing member and partially shielding an objective lens, a display member fixed at the eyepiece end by a second fixing member and electrically connected to the digital imaging member; the digital imaging member configured to perform photosensitive image on environmental images and convert the environmental images into video signals, and generates a second reticle that is adjustable and has the same function as the first reticle, the second reticle and the video signals stacked together to be transmitted to the display member for display. The present disclosure enables the gun to have functions of the digital sight without replacing a conventional telescopic sight.

Rail operating system

A system for interoperating and communicating data from a device having a communications gateway and at least one tactical device connected to an electrified rail providing electrical power. The system includes at least one processor, and at least one non-transitory computer-readable data storage device storing data instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the system to receive an event from the device, determine whether the event triggers a workflow, and execute an action on the device in response to the workflow being triggered.

Aiming and alignment system for a shell firing weapon and method therefor
09829279 · 2017-11-28 ·

A system and method for aiming and alignment of a shell firing weapon includes a portable aiming unit that may be located in close proximity to the weapon that includes a reference head for emitting and/or receiving at least one energy ray. The portable aiming unit can be aligned to a reference azimuth, either absolute or relative. A sighting unit is also included in the system and removably mounted to the weapon. The sighting unit includes a reference head that is complementary to the reference head of the portable aiming unit. The at least one energy ray established between the portable aiming unit and the sighting unit provides an accurate relative reference of directing the weapons fire and monitoring linear and angular displacement of the weapon as it is fired so that corrections can be made in aiming the weapon in response thereto.

Non-Lethal Probe for Target Control
20170284772 · 2017-10-05 ·

New targeting systems, hardware and techniques are provided, in which an auxiliary probe is first launched and deployed at a target. Extremely precise, deliberate targeting for future projectiles, weapons or non-lethal measures is then made relative to the position and orientation of the probe. In one embodiment, a system enables a sniper to plan measures with extreme precision within an environment, evaluate their effectiveness, and execute them extremely rapidly once satisfied. A user may create, set, adjust and execute Impact Point indicators, corresponding with projected points of impact of a projectile on a target subject within a target environment. The system may counteract and otherwise adjust for certain ballistic and environmental factors in a firing mechanism to maintain such an Impact Point fire ready, in real time. Yet the system is unobtrusive, allowing the user to engage ordinary targeting activity.

Automatic Weapon Subsystem AWS with Target Selection and Aim Positioning
20220034630 · 2022-02-03 ·

An automated human transported weapon system is comprised of a computing subsystem, a barrel to fire munitions through to propel the munitions towards a selected target in an area of sighting of the weapon system at a firing time. The computing subsystem provides means for identifying available targets in the area of sighting, means for determining the selected target from the available targets in the area of sighting, responsive to the computing subsystem, means for determining the selected target's position at said firing time, means for positioning aim of weapon, responsive to the computing subsystem, so that the munitions when fired at the firing time will strike the selected target, and, means for activating a trigger signal for firing the munitions at the firing time, responsive to the computing subsystem. The munitions is fired towards the selected target at the firing time. The trigger signal is responsive to a user input. In one embodiment, there are a plurality of types of targets from which to select the selected target. One of the types of targets is identified as a selected type; and, one said target of the selected type is selected to be the selected target.
