High impact strength lighted nock assembly
A high impact strength lighted nock assembly for an arrow that is activated when the arrow is fired with a bowstring. The lighted nock assembly includes a nock molded from a high impact strength, transparent polymeric material containing at least 10% by weight reinforcing fibers. The nock includes a head configured to engage with the bowstring and a shank configured to couple with a rear end of the arrow. The shank includes a recess extending in a distal end of the shank toward the head. A light assembly including a light emitting device is located in the recess in the shank that is electrically coupled to a battery. A switch is electrically coupled to the light emitting device and the battery that is triggered when the arrow is tired to activate the light emitting device.
STRUCTURAL ENERGY STORAGE WITH CARBON FIBER FOR SPORT EQUIPMENT SENSOR
A sport apparatus, including a handle, an action portion, a connection portion connecting the handle to the action portion, at least part of the connection portion including a structural battery, the structural battery including one or more energy storage devices, each of the one or more energy storage devices having at least one anode core of a continuous carbon fiber, an electrolyte arranged on the at least one continuous carbon fiber core, and a cathode layer coating arranged to the at least one continuous carbon fiber core on the electrolyte, and at least one sensor unit electrically connected to the energy storage devices, the at least one sensor unit providing signals related to use of the sport apparatus.
Detachable tracking device for a hunting arrow
A tracking device is configured to detach from a launched projectile to remain in an animal when the projectile proceeds completely through the animal. The tracking device can be attached to the end of an arrow shaft and provide the nock of the arrow. A decelerator such as a barb, an offset fin, or a reverse helical projection is provided to aid in detachment of the tracking device from the arrow shaft as it passes through the animal. The tracking device remains embedded in the animal so that the animal can be tracked instead of the arrow.
Tracking Device, System, And Method For Use With An Arrow
A tracking system for use with an arrow including a base unit defining an open central section; a holding magnet positioned within the open central section; and a sending unit that includes an electronic circuit; a main body section affixed to an electronic circuit; projections extending from the main body section into the open central section and at least partially surrounding the holding magnet; and a projection extending from the main body section and ending in a point; where the electronic circuit includes a battery and is constructed to emit a tracking signal when activated and the electronic circuit includes a magnet switch element such that the electronic circuit is maintained in a deactivated state as a result of the magnetic field established by the holding magnet.
Arrow Tracking Device
The present invention relates generally to the field of arrows. More specifically, the present invention relates to an arrow tracking device that provides a mechanism for a user to locate an arrow after it is fired. The device comprises at least one arrow, which is further comprised of an arrowhead, shaft, nock, and fletching. The shaft features a GPS transmitter, while the nock features an LED. The arrowhead may be unscrewed from the shaft to reveal a USB port, which, in turn, may be plugged into a charging base to recharge the device. The device may further comprise a mobile application so that a user can utilize and customize the electronic functions of the device. Accordingly, the present disclosure makes specific reference thereto. Nonetheless, it is to be appreciated that aspects of the present invention are also equally applicable to other like applications, devices and methods of manufacture.
System and method for adjusting the trajectory of an arrow
A system and method of correcting the trajectory of a hunting arrow is disclosed and described. The arrow can include a compensator coupled to a shaft of the arrow and the compensator has diameter that is larger than a diameter of the shaft of the arrow. A thickness of the compensator, which is measured as the difference in the diameter of the compensator and the diameter of the shaft of the arrow, is configured to enable a user to aim the arrow with a bow that has been sighted for a standard arrow.
Arrow with a camera
An arrow includes an arrowhead, a shaft, a nock, and an internal cavity. The internal cavity includes a camera.
Electronic game tracking device
An electronic game tracking device is attached an arrow to be used in hunting. When the arrow strikes a game animal, barbs on the electronic game tracking device attach that device to the game animal, which electronic game tracking device then allows a hunter to readily track and find a wounded animal with a compatible receiver. The electronic game tracking device is still easily transported and utilized.
Insight - Arrow Game Tracker
This invention relates to an game tracking arrow that includes an arrowhead having a tail end, a hollow shaft having a forward end and a rear end, a nock having a front end configured at rear end of the hollow shaft and a back end configured to engage a bowstring, and a tracking device having a first end configured at tail end of the arrow head and a second end configured at forward end of the hollow shaft. Further, the tracking device is adapted to transmit a tracking signal to a receiving device via wireless communication such as satellite communication, internet, Wide area network (WAN), telecommunications network and the like.
System and method for archery broadhead
A broadhead is provided that is versatile, reusable, and revolutionary in the hunting industry. Various embodiments of the broadhead provide interchangeable technology to accommodate multiple hunting situations by being able to switch between fixed and expandable blades. In some embodiments, the broadhead is provided with the ability to accept a variety of different types of tracking devices in conjunction with a removable barb to allow the use of innovative trackable technology.
