TAPE MEASURE WITH SAFETY BRAKING
Disclosed is a tape measure, comprising: a tape measure housing (1) provided with an accommodating cavity; a tape core assembly (2) arranged in the accommodating cavity; and a tape belt assembly (3) wound around the tape core assembly (2). The tape measure housing (1) is further provided with a tape outlet for the tape belt assembly (3) to extend outwards. The tape measure further comprises a braking assembly (4) and a driving assembly (5), wherein the driving assembly (5) is movably mounted onto the tape measure housing (1); the tape core assembly (2) is provided with a braking face (201); the driving assembly (5) drives the braking assembly (4) to come into contact with the braking face (201) of the tape core assembly (2) and to press the same, thereby realizing braking. Abrasion of the scale on the surface of a tape belt is effectively prevented.
MEASURING RULER WITH SELF-LOCKING FUNCTION
A measuring ruler with self-locking function is presented. The ruler includes a shell and a ruler belt that can be pulled out from the shell. A roller and a shaft body are arranged in the shell, the shaft body connected to the shell. The roller is plugged into the shaft body and rotates along the shaft body to drive the ruler belt. The shaft body includes an inner hollow column which can be elastically deformed in the radial direction. The shaft body interacts with a self-locking column that includes a protrusion area with an increased diameter, the protrusion area extending along an axial direction of the column. When the self-locking column is plugged into the shaft body to a locking position, the protrusion area causes the shaft body to deform and widen in the radial direction, so that the roller is clamped and fixated by the shaft body.
Measuring ruler with self-locking function
A measuring ruler with self-locking function is presented. The ruler includes a shell and a ruler belt that can be pulled out from the shell. A roller and a shaft body are arranged in the shell, the shaft body connected to the shell. The roller is plugged into the shaft body and rotates along the shaft body to drive the ruler belt. The shaft body includes an inner hollow column which can be elastically deformed in the radial direction. The shaft body interacts with a self-locking column that includes a protrusion area with an increased diameter, the protrusion area extending along an axial direction of the column. When the self-locking column is plugged into the shaft body to a locking position, the protrusion area causes the shaft body to deform and widen in the radial direction, so that the roller is clamped and fixated by the shaft body.
TAPE MEASURE WITH BEARINGS ON THE CORE SHAFT OF THE TAPE MEASURE
A tape measure with bearings on the core shaft of the tape measure, comprising a first tape measure housing and a second tape measure housing, inner wall of first tape measure housing and inner wall of second tape measure housing are snap-fitted in opposite directions, centers of inner walls of first tape measure housing and second tape measure housing are inserted with an aluminium core shaft, outside center of aluminium core shaft is sleeved with a tape measure core, both sides of tape measure core inner wall are inserted with first bearings, an inner wall of first bearings is sleeved on outside of the tape measure core, outside of first tape measure housing and second tape measure housing is jointly movably mounted with an upper brake block, bottom side of first tape measure housing and second tape measure housing inner wall is jointly provided with a bottom brake block.
