Comprehensive Checking Fixture for Steering Knuckle
A checking fixture for a steering knuckle. In use, a workpiece is mounted on the checking fixture, three locating points of the workpiece in the X direction respectively correspond to a supporting pin I, a supporting pin II and a supporting pin III, a locating taper hole limiting the motion of the workpiece in a YZ plane corresponds to the floating pin, and a locating point of the workpiece in the Y direction levelly fit to a supporting surface of a locating pin; after location is completed, the workpiece is tightly clamped by a jacking clamp, a press clamp I and a press clamp II. The checking fixture for the steering knuckle can measure the position accuracy of each hole of the steering knuckle workpiece, and can detect whether the relative height of the flange plane of the workpiece relative to the X-direction locating points is qualified.
BOLLARD DRILLING JIG
A bollard drilling jig including a base plate, an elongated bar coupled to the base plate, and at least two guide collars spaced apart from each other on the elongated bar. The at least two guide collars each include an interior channel that is sized to receive a drilling tool therethrough.
Top dead center gauge set
Improvements in a mechanism that determines top dead center of an internal combustion engine where detecting the top of the stroke can be difficult to determine as the crank is being rotated. The gauge set mounts into a spark plug or fuel injector hole. These holes are usually a tapped hole where the piston position gauge can be threaded into, to provide a stable and concentric mount where the measurement pin passes through the exterior threaded shaft of the mount. A pin extends into the cylinder to determine when the piston is approaching and at the top of the cylinder. The mount is an elongated stalk that allows for additional cam gauges where the cam gauges can be mounted and linearly adjustable on the single stalk. The measurement is with dial indicators so a user can measure three varying engine parts to determine the top-dead-center.
TEMPLATE FOR FORMING FAUCET ASSEMBLY HOLES IN A COUNTERTOP
A template for assisting in drilling holes in a countertop adjacent to a sink during a water faucet installation process. The template includes at least one plate segment. A bottom surface of the plate segment is configured to overly the countertop. A top surface of the plate segment defines at least one guide bore for guiding a rotary device during the formation of the hole. A drop flange extends downwardly from a front side of the at least one plate segment for engaging an edge of the countertop along the sink. The drop flange is spaced from a center of the at least one guide bore by a first distance in order to allow the hole to be drilled through the countertop along the at least one guide bore at the first distance away from the edge of the countertop.

Adjustable position gauge
The present application provides an adjustable position gauge, which comprises a measuring column, an adjusting block, a set screw, a base plate, a tensioning block, a nut, a conical block and the like. The application may measure the angle between different bolt holes and the position of the wheel bolt hole with different pitch sizes.

Measurement probe and measuring device
A probe includes a movable plate to which a stylus capable of contacting a measurable object is mounted, the movable plate displaceable in an X direction; a static plate arranged to overlap with the movable plate; a counter plate facing the movable plate and the static plate; an elastic movable side connection plate, the movable side connection plate connecting the counter plate at at least three places with each of a first end connector positioned toward a first end of the movable plate in the X direction and second end connectors positioned toward a second end in the X direction; and a static side connection plate which connects the static plate and the counter plate. An entire length of the first end connector in a Y direction orthogonal to the X direction is the same size as the entire length of the second end connectors in the Y direction.
