The fixing platform includes a baseplate, a securing component provided on the baseplate; a balancing weight coupled to a terminal arm of an industrial robot; and a cylinder provided on the baseplate and adjacent to the securing component. The cylinder includes a plunger configured to move along a first direction to clamp the balancing weight when the balancing weight is coupled to the securing component.
