Detection device
A magnetic detection module is provided so as to be selectively mountable in any of housings having a plurality of specifications having different shapes or sizes of mounting portions, and detects magnetic flux generated in the housing. The magnetic detection module includes one or more magnetic sensors that detect magnetic flux, a case in which the magnetic sensors are housed, and a cap that can be attached to an end of the case and is provided with a sealing member. The magnetic detection module can be attached to the housing of the first specification with the cap not attached to the case, and can be attached to the housing of the second specification through a sealing member with the cap attached to the case.

A mechanical system includes a sensor bearing unit and a fixed support part. The sensor bearing unit includes a bearing including a first ring and a second ring centered on an axis, an impulse ring secured to the first ring of the bearing, and a sensor device for detecting rotational parameters of the impulse ring. The sensor device has a sensor housing secured to the second ring of the bearing and a cable output that extends radially and is located circumferentially two spaced protrusions of the fixed support part.

A subassembly for a vehicle, having a housing with a first housing part and a rotational body which is rotatably arranged on the first housing part about a rotational axis when the subassembly is in the installed state, wherein the axial position of the rotational body relative to the first housing part is fixed by the first housing part when the subassembly is in the installed state. In order to improve a subassembly for a vehicle and a vehicle equipped therewith, the invention proposes that the axial position of the rotational body relative to the first housing part is fixed solely by the first housing part when the subassembly is in the installed state.
ROTARY MECHANISM WITH ADJUSTABLE TONE WHEEL
A rotary mechanism comprises a fastener and a tone wheel. The tone wheel comprises a first radial flange, a second radial flange, a first target, and a second target. The first and second targets mounted respectively to the first and second radial flanges to be sensed by a sensor. Each of the first radial flange and the second radial flange comprises a plurality of mounting points, the plurality of mounting points of the first radial flange and the second radial flange provided for adjustment of a diameter of the tone wheel. The fastener is provided to mount the first radial flange and the second radial flange to a shaft at a selected mounting point among the plurality of mounting points of each of the first radial flange and the second radial flange to set the diameter of the tone wheel. An associated method is disclosed.

An encoder fastening for fastening an encoder shaft of an encoder system to a drive shaft includes a spring washer configured for placement in a slot of the drive shaft, and a radially elastic element which is arranged on the spring washer to maintain a connection between the drive shaft and the encoder shaft under radial tension, when the encoder shaft is inserted into the slot of the drive shaft.

A sensor unit for a rotational angle measurement system for detecting a rotational movement of a drive shaft includes a housing arrangement with a pot-shaped housing part, a carrier member, a sensor printed circuit board arranged on the carrier member, and a bearing which, in an operating state, mounts the sensor printed circuit board in a stationary manner in the housing arrangement with respect to the drive shaft. The bearing is a form fit/force fit arrangement so that the carrier member is movably mounted in the housing arrangement in a pre-assembled state.
Machine tool
There is provided a machine tool for suppressing the adverse effect of run-out of the rear end of a spindle on the rotation detection accuracy when processing a workpiece within a processing area. The machine tool includes a rotation driver, the spindle that is rotated by the rotation driver, a rotational angle detector that is provided to face a part forming the spindle in order to detect a rotational angle of the spindle, and at least two bearings that support the spindle and are arranged on a side of the processing area with respect to the rotation driver. The rotational angle detector is arranged at a position on the side of the processing area with respect to the rotation driver, the position being on the side of the processing area with respect to the bearings, on a side of the rotation driver with respect to the bearings, or between the bearings.
Encoder and rotatable device using same
An encoder applied to a rotatable device including a code disc set, at least one bearing, a bearing housing, a main housing, a sensor and an elastic assembly. The code disc set is disposed on a rotation end of the rotatable device. The bearing is disposed around the rotation end, and the bearing housing is disposed around the bearing. The main housing is connected with a first end of the bearing housing. The sensor is disposed on the main housing and corresponds to the disc wheel set, and there is an interval between the sensor and the code disc set. The elastic assembly is connected with a second end of the bearing housing and a fixing end of the rotatable device. Therefore, the interval between the sensor and the code disc set is maintained to be fixed, and the good position detection performance and stable signals are obtained.
Mounting tool for linear displacement measuring apparatus
There is provided a mounting tool, for a linear displacement measuring apparatus, which is capable of reducing thermal stress of a scale housing case and is detachable while having a simple structure. The mounting tool includes a cylindrical bush inserted into a through hole drilled in the scale housing case, an O-ring interposed between an inside wall of the through hole and the bush, a mounting screw inserted into a cylindrical hole of the bush and screwed into a mounting face, and a plate spring arranged between a head part of the mounting screw and an outside face of the scale housing case, and biasing the scale housing case toward the mounting face.
