Application device for coating components with a coating agent
An application device for coating components with a coating agent includes: a print head having several individual nozzles for discharging the coating agent; and a nozzle valve attached to each individual nozzle, each nozzle valve being openable for a valve opening time to discharge the coating agent from the respective nozzle. Each nozzle valve is assigned in each case a nozzle valve supply line, which nozzle valve supply line, at an outlet opening thereof, supplies the coating agent to the respective nozzle valve. Each nozzle valve supply line has an inlet opening to be closed or shut off such that a quantity of the coating agent that is metered in a defined manner or a volume of the coating agent that is metered in a defined manner is receivable in a closed off manner within the nozzle valve supply line.
Portion control dispenser
The invention is directed to a dispensing device comprising a rigid container, a flexible bladder, and a rigid stopper. The container is adapted to contain a product to be dispensed. The flexible bladder is disposed below and in fluid communication with the container. The bladder comprises a top end, a sidewall extending downwardly from the top end and terminates in a spout. The bladder is in a liquid tight engagement with the container and the product contained in the container is adapted to flow into the bladder. The rigid stopper is disposed within the flexible bladder and comprises a top end, and at least one sidewall extending downwardly from the top end, and terminates in an open bottom end. The stopper comprises a plurality of through holes.
METERING UNIT FOR FREE-FLOWING SOLIDS
A metering unit for flowable solids including an outlet nozzle of flexibly elastic material having at one end an inlet opening for fixing on the outlet of a storage container and at its other end a slot-shaped outlet opening formed between two opposite sealing lips and elastically preloaded in the closed position and can be transferred against elastic preloading to an open position as a result of compressive forces. The slot-shaped outlet opening is elastically preloaded into its closed position by a separate clamp made from a flexibly elastic material, which can be applied releasably to the outer circumference of the sealing lips, wherein the legs of the clamp rest on the outside of the sealing lips in the mounted state and are elastically preloaded in the direction in which they are close together and can be moved elastically away from one another as a result of the compressive forces.
Droplet dispenser
A droplet dispenser comprises a chamber (3) with a fluid inlet valve (2) and a fluid outlet valve (4). The chamber (3) is arranged such that the volume of the chamber may be varied in use to cause fluid to be alternately drawn in to the chamber (3) through the inlet valve (2) then subsequently expelled from the chamber through the outlet valve (4) to dispense a droplet. The droplet dispenser is capable of dispensing from an open reservoir and one may change the dispensed drop volume simply and easily. The droplet dispenser can also handle liquids which are normally seen as difficult to dispense, such as cyanoacrylate adhesives.
LIQUID TRANSFER DEVICE
A device for transferring liquids and liquid samples in certain quantities includes a first housing, a second housing, and a liquid extraction assembly. The first housing includes a first sidewall, a first top wall, an extrusion portion, and a first receiving cavity. The extrusion portion is disposed in the first receiving cavity. The second housing includes a second sidewall, a second top wall, and a second receiving cavity. The first housing is received in the second receiving cavity. The liquid extraction assembly includes a liquid extraction pipe and a liquid extraction head. By thumb or finger pressure, the first housing can be moved into the second receiving cavity to compress the extrusion portion to cause release of a sample, or released to gather a sample.
Pushing-dispensing and/or dosing element for dispensing and/or dosing of medium, in particular composite heavy fluid compound (CHFC)
A pushing-dispensing and/or dosing element for dispensing of medium, in particular Composite Heavy Fluid Compound (CHFC), solves the technical problem of implantation of avoiding and/or limiting sliding and/or moving parts, exposed to the heavy medium, such as CHFC, thereof by using a flexible cartridge that behaves one way during the pushing of the CHFC, and another way during pumping of said CHFC out of the tank in which it is held.
