FLOW DETECTION CIRCUIT
A dispensing system for a beverage comprises in a tap system a bore for housing a duct. Along the bore, close to or on the duct, at least two electrodes are provided such that at least at some locations along the duct, the two electrodes are provided opposite to one another with the duct in between, thus constituting a capacitor. An oscillating signal is provided to one electrode and a signal is read out from the other electrode. As a beverage is drawn through the duct in a container, capacitance of the capacitor changes. The flowing beverage may have different characteristics, but capacitance may also change as the beverage in the duct is in conducting contact with a container that may be in contact with an earth contact. The change of capacitance results in a change of the amplitude of a detection circuit connected to the second electrode.
Fluid dispenser including a data transfer device, and system incorporating same
A system incorporating a fluid dispenser for dispensing chemicals includes at least one sensor for sensing fluid flow and a dispenser management unit. The dispenser management unit includes a processor and corresponding storage memory for storing firmware, at least one input for receiving sensor data from the or each sensor, a data transfer device comprising storage memory for storing the received sensor data, and a power source for powering at least the processor. The system further incorporates a portable terminal configured to receive data from the dispenser, and a remote server configured to receive the data from the portable terminal.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR A GAS INFUSION BEVERAGE DISTRIBUTION ASSEMBLY
A system and method for providing a consumable liquid infused with gas from a liquid processor. The liquid processor may comprise a gas input port configured to receive the compressed gas. The liquid processor may further comprise a liquid input port configured to receive a consumable liquid. The liquid processor may further comprise a venturi injector configured to combine the compressed gas with the consumable liquid. The liquid processor may further comprise a static inline mixer including a plurality of mixing elements and configured to mix the combined consumable liquid with the compressed gas to form the consumable liquid infused with a compressed gas. The liquid processor may further comprise an output port configured to provide the consumable liquid infused with a compressed gas.
FLOWABLE FOOD PRODUCT DISPENSER WITH AUTOMATED PORTION CONTROL
A flowable food product dispenser is disclosed, The food product dispenser includes a main housing that is designed to be supported on a support surface. The main housing includes an open receiving area that includes a back support wall. An electric drive motor is included within the main housing of the food product dispenser. The main housing receives a storage container assembly that is movable into and out of the open receiving area. The storage container assembly includes a container and a pump. When the storage container assembly is moved into the open receiving area, the drive motor is able to drive the pump to withdraw the flowable food product from the container. A control unit and control panel are operable to allow a user to control the pump to selectively dispense the food product from the dispenser.
Dispenser vane
In one embodiment, the present disclosure includes a dispenser vane comprising a flexible outer surface and a plurality of flexible teeth arranged along the length of the outer surface. The flexible outer surface and flexible teeth are radially moveable.
METHOD FOR ADJUSTING A CELL CONCENTRATION AND/OR A PARTICLE CONCENTRATION IN A DISPENSING SYSTEM
The invention relates to a method for setting a cell concentration and/or a particle concentration in a dispensing device by means of which a liquid sample can be discharged, wherein the cell concentration and/or the particle concentration is ascertained in one region of the dispensing device, and the cell concentration and/or particle concentration that has been ascertained is compared with a target value, and a force exerted on one cell and/or one particle is adjusted based on the result of the comparison.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CALIBRATING REMAINING DOSES IN A REFILLABLE DISPENSER
An exemplary dispenser includes a housing and a refill unit. The refill unit being removable and replaceable. The dispenser also includes a processor, memory, a dose count stored in memory that is indicative of the number of doses in a full refill unit, a level sensor for detecting a predetermined level the refill unit and a dispense count indicative of the number doses of product dispensed from the refill unit. In addition, the dispenser includes memory and has logic stored in the memory for recalibrating the number of doses remaining in the refill unit as a function of the dose count, the number of doses of product dispensed and the predetermined level of product. The number of doses of product remaining in the refill unit may be displayed on the dispenser, on a remote station, or on both the dispenser and a remote station.
FLOW DETECTION CIRCUIT

The flowing beverage may have different characteristics, but capacitance may also change as the beverage in the duct is in conducting contact with a container that may be in contact with a ground contact. The change of capacitance results in a change of the amplitude of a detection circuit connected to the second electrode.
Dispenser Vane
In one embodiment, the present disclosure includes a dispenser vane comprising a flexible outer surface and a plurality of flexible teeth arranged along the length of the outer surface. The flexible outer surface and flexible teeth are radially moveable.
FLUID DISPENSING APPARATUS
An apparatus and method of using a device for dispensing fluid comprising a flexible and collapsible container, a fluid dispenser pump connected to the flexible and collapsible fluid container configured to draw fluid from the flexible and collapsible fluid container into the fluid dispenser pump and to dispense fluid through a fluid delivery channel to an exit port upon actuation of the pump. The dispenser pump having an actuator comprising a dose delivery button, and a sensor located in the apparatus and configured to actuate the dispenser pump upon physical contact of the dose delivery button by a user.
