The level measuring device comprises a measuring probe, arranged for measuring the impedance of the filling material. Further comprising a signal generation unit, arranged for generating a first frequency signal with variable frequency, wherein the measuring probe is supplied with the first frequency signal and outputs a measuring signal. Further, a measurement converter arranged to convert the measurement signal into a mixed signal, wherein the mixed signal has a phase difference with respect to the first frequency signal. Furthermore, the level measuring device comprises a phase difference measuring unit, which is arranged to determine an amplitude-phase characteristic of the filling material measured by the measuring probe, by means of the phase and amplitude difference between the first frequency signal and the mixed signal.

Capacitive liquid level sensor

A capacitive liquid level sensor is provided comprising a capacitive probe having a capacitance and comprising a sensing tip wherein the capacitive probe is configured such that the capacitance of the probe changes when the sensing tip is exposed to liquid. A signal generator operates to supply an electrical signal alternating between a high and low state to the capacitive probe, the electrical signal being configured such that the probe is alternately charged and discharged when the signal is high or low respectively. A comparator operates to detect the magnitude of an electrical signal across the capacitive probe and provides a first output signal value when the detected signal magnitude is greater than a predetermined threshold value and a second output signal value when the signal magnitude is less than the threshold value. A timer operates to receive an output signal from the comparator and measures a time period starting when the comparator output signal transitions to the first output signal value and ending when the comparator output signal transitions to the second output signal value. Liquid detection means also operate to utilize the time period measured by the timer to determine if the sensing tip is exposed to liquid.

The electromagnetic sensor configured to detect a position of the magnetic component is sleeved on the glue container and is close to the outlet opening, the alarm is electrically connected to the electromagnetic sensor and is configured to issue an alarm when the position of the magnetic component detected by the electromagnetic sensor is flush with the electromagnetic sensor. The disclosure also provides an apparatus having the glue injecting device.

The present invention provides a system for measuring instantaneous inflow rate of liquid, comprising: a receptacle, comprising an opening at a top side, a nozzle at a bottom and/or multiple holes on the side section of said receptacle configured to receive the inflow of liquid from said top opening, and simultaneously release said liquid through said nozzles; a sensing device, configured to sense the level of liquid within the receptacle and produce signals indicative of the level of liquid in the receptacle; and a processor, configured to receive said signals, calculate the level of liquid in the receptacle according to said signals; and analyze said calculations, to obtain the instantaneous inflow rate of liquid.
