The invention relates to a device for metering a granular or grainy material in a distributor machine, comprising a housing; an inlet opening which is formed on the housing and through which a granular or grainy material can be introduced in the housing for metering; an outlet opening which is formed on the housing and through which the granular or grainy material can be discharged out of the housing after metering; a metering space which is formed in the housing in such a way that granular or grainy material in the housing can be moved from the inlet opening via the metering space to the outlet opening; a metering wheel which is arranged in the metering space on a drive shaft, and which is configured to meter the granular or grainy material supplied via the inlet opening; a mounting opening which is formed on the housing and via which the metering wheel can be exchangeably mounted in the metering space; and a mounting component which is detachably arranged in the mounting opening in a mounted position, and this in turn is arranged at least partially welded onto the housing, wherein the mounting component has a receiving unit for detachably receiving the metering wheel, in such a way that the metering wheel received on the receiving unit is mounted on the drive shaft when arranging the mounting component in the mounted position, and in such a way that, when detaching the mounting component from the mounted position, the metering wheel is forcibly detached from the drive shaft (6), such that the metering wheel can be removed from the metering space in this way and can be detached from the housing together with the mounting component. A distributor machine is also provided for distributing a granular or grainy material, such as seeds, fertiliser or grit.

A metering device for granular material, such as seed or fertilizer, is arranged to deliver the granular material in adjustable quantities, where the metering device includes a metering housing, a drivable metering wheel arranged in the metering housing, and a movable shut-off valve, where the metering housing includes a metering cover that can be moved to different positions and a lock that is associated with the metering cover. The position of the shut-off valve can prevent the lock from being actuated so that the metering cover cannot be opened.

A metering device for granular material, such as seed or fertilizer, is arranged to deliver the granular material in adjustable quantities, where the metering device includes a metering housing, a drivable metering wheel arranged in the metering housing, and a movable shut-off valve, where the metering housing includes a metering cover that can be moved to different positions and a lock that is associated with the metering cover. The position of the shut-off valve can prevent the lock from being actuated so that the metering cover cannot be opened.

An assembly for grinding and dispensing a substance. The assembly includes a grinding chamber formed by a grinding lid affixed to a grinding chamber housing having a grind mechanism. A joint mode base is removably secured to a lower side of the grinding chamber housing, wherein the joint mode base can transfer a ground substance from the grinding chamber housing directly into a rolling paper. The joint mode base includes a chamber funnel that can rotate between a loading position and a dispensing position. In the loading position, the chamber funnel receives the ground substance from the grinding chamber housing. In the dispensing position, the chamber funnel is rotated to dispense the ground substance onto a platform having a curved channel that holds the rolling paper. The joint mode base is interchangeable with other bases that can transfer the ground substance into a different receptacle.

An assembly for grinding and dispensing a substance. The assembly includes a grinding chamber formed by a grinding lid affixed to a grinding chamber housing having a grind mechanism. A joint mode base is removably secured to a lower side of the grinding chamber housing, wherein the joint mode base can transfer a ground substance from the grinding chamber housing directly into a rolling paper. The joint mode base includes a chamber funnel that can rotate between a loading position and a dispensing position. In the loading position, the chamber funnel receives the ground substance from the grinding chamber housing. In the dispensing position, the chamber funnel is rotated to dispense the ground substance onto a platform having a curved channel that holds the rolling paper. The joint mode base is interchangeable with other bases that can transfer the ground substance into a different receptacle.

A drive unit for a motor metering pump and a metering pump, including a drive chamber and a drive shaft arranged in the drive chamber. The drive shaft is rotated about a longitudinal axis in a direction of rotation during operation of the drive unit, the drive unit includes a bearing in which the drive shaft is mounted. The drive chamber is filled with a lubricant up to a filling level during operation of the drive unit, and the bearing is arranged above the filling level in the direction of the longitudinal axis. The drive shaft has a conveying channel for the lubricant, which extends from a first point below the filling level to a second point above the filling level and is arranged in such a way that, during operation of the drive unit, lubricant is transported from the first point to the second point.

A drive unit for a motor metering pump and a metering pump, including a drive chamber and a drive shaft arranged in the drive chamber. The drive shaft is rotated about a longitudinal axis in a direction of rotation during operation of the drive unit, the drive unit includes a bearing in which the drive shaft is mounted. The drive chamber is filled with a lubricant up to a filling level during operation of the drive unit, and the bearing is arranged above the filling level in the direction of the longitudinal axis. The drive shaft has a conveying channel for the lubricant, which extends from a first point below the filling level to a second point above the filling level and is arranged in such a way that, during operation of the drive unit, lubricant is transported from the first point to the second point.
