The belt conveyor includes: a conveyor frame having a top side, a bottom side, and a length extending in the conveying direction for the discrete articles; a conveying belt configured to revolve around the conveyor frame during operation of the belt conveyor; and a belt-guide mounted to the bottom side of the conveyor frame between the conveyor frame and the conveying belt. The belt-guide includes at least two rolling-element bearings. The inner races of the rolling-element bearings are respectively mounted on axles. The axles are parallel to each other and stationary relative to the conveyor frame. The outer races of the rolling-element bearings have direct contact with the conveying belt.

The present disclosure relates to a weighing and transport device and a method for transporting and detecting mass flow rates of bulk material.

In filling cycles, a weighing container is closed at its upper inlet and lower outlet, whereupon bulk material id fed directly to the weighing container.

In weighing cycles, the upper inlet and the lower outlet are opened and the bulk material is discharged via an impact means, e.g., an impact cone.

A level sensor measures a filling level of the bulk material in the weighing container; an actuator serves to close the upper inlet and the lower outlet. Preferably, the lower outlet is closed by the impact means, and the upper inlet is closed by raising the weighing container against a support means, where, in particular, a common adjustment can be carried out via the actuator.

A combination weighing device is provided with a dispersion section, weighing hoppers, a control unit, an object supply chute (150), and a support frame (100). The dispersion section disperses and supplies objects around the dispersion section. The weighing hoppers are arranged around the dispersion section. The control unit performs combination calculation based on weighing values in the weighing hoppers. The object supply chute is placed above the dispersion section and supplies the objects to the dispersion section. The support frame supports the object supply chute. The support frame includes members (111, 113, and 114) as engaged members, hooks as engaging members that engage with the engaged members, and fixing members (140) as non-screw members. The fixing members press the engaging members against the engaged members and fix the engaging members to the engaged members.

Provided is a dispersion and supply apparatus and a combination weighing apparatus capable of uniformly supplying articles to a plurality of positions from a dispersion table. A dispersion and supply apparatus 20 includes an acquisition unit 64 that acquires a load amount of an article on a dispersion table 22, a calculation unit 104 that calculates a deviation in a loading state of the article based on the load amount acquired by the acquisition unit 64, and a control unit 106 that controls a driving unit 30 such that a conveying direction of the article on the dispersion table 22 is changed based on the deviation in the loading state of the article calculated by the calculation unit 104.
