Luggage Scale Device
The present invention relates to a luggage scale device. A housing of the device can be attached to a wall via a fastener, wherein a weighing member can then be extended perpendicular to the housing. The strain gauge load cell is positioned on the member and allows luggage to be weighed via placing a strap of the luggage on the member such that the device suspends the luggage above the ground. The weight of the luggage is then displayed via a display on the housing.
LINKING LUGGAGE SET WITH BUILT-IN SCALE
A modular luggage system includes a luggage module having a luggage body, a first frame with telescoping arms; a second frame extending perpendicularly from the first frame; a handle; and wheels. The frame with telescoping arms connects modules together. The body has a lid that moves between an open position and a closed position. The luggage body and lid define a storage compartment with sidewalls. The first frame and the second frame connect to and extend along a first sidewall and a second sidewall, respectively. The wheels are mounted on the first frame on the first sidewall. The handle slides from and within the second frame. The luggage body has a load sensor built into the first sidewall to measure the weight of the luggage body and its contents. A display attached to the sensor displays the weight on the exterior of the module. No more overweight luggage and carts.
LINKING LUGGAGE SET WITH BUILT-IN SCALE

Described is a folding portable luggage scale. The folding portable luggage scale includes multiple folding arms connected via hinges, multiple load sensors, and an electronics housing including electronic components and a digital display. Electrical wires connect each load sensor with the electronics housing. The folding portable luggage scale is compact and lightweight for storage in luggage during travel.
Case Holder with Weighing Sensor
A case holder with weighing sensor that weighs accurately, has a fixing base of a weighing sensor built in the holder, and ensures the fixed end and the loading end of the weighing sensor meet weighing principle. It includes a grip and a lifting arrangement arranged at two ends of the lower surface of the grip and allowed to pass through a case surface to be fixedly connected with a stressed plate below the case surface. A neutral zone of the grip provides a fixing base for arranging a weighing sensor. A fixed end of the weighing sensor is fixedly connected on the fixing base with screw. A loading end of the weighing sensor includes a rigid and structurally closed lifting bushing fixedly connected thereon. The lifting bushing is arranged around the grip, the fixing base, and the weighing sensor and has two ends separately arranged to the corresponding lifting arrangement. The inner wall of the lifting bushing and the grip have a gap therebetween. Contrasting to the prior art, the present invention allows the relationship of the loading end and the fixed end of the weighing sensor to stick to the weighing principle. Therefore, cases that use the holder of the present invention can weight very accurately.

A luggage scale and identification tag system is a combination identification tag and luggage weight scale system having a body with a clear plastic card insert for displaying a business card or other visual identification means on one side and a scale with a display face and graduated weight measurements on the other side. The scale has a spring mechanism that is able to indicate a weight when loaded; the indication via mechanical (analog) means. Simplified versions may just be connectable to luggage via a tie strap.

Lifting the luggage with the device disposed against its handle causes the luggage weight to impart a force onto the housing. This force is sensed by the electronics and converted into a weight measurement that is displayed on the smart device and sent to the application server. Weight measurements stored on the application server can be integrated with airline flight information, such as baggage restrictions, to provide certain advantages. For instance, weight measurements can be retrieved by a traveler to ensure baggage compliance. Additionally, historical luggage data can reviewed by an airline on a flight-based level to prepare for atypical cargo loads or on a traveler-basis to incentivize light baggage travel.
