Ultra-low module stress protected load cell
Provided by the present invention is an ultra-low module load cell, comprising: an elastomer and a bottom plate; the elastomer is disposed above the bottom plate, and a support cushion block is disposed between the elastomer and the bottom plate; the elastomer is provided with a central hole having an opening facing downward; the support cushion block has a central top end, the central top end and the bottom of the central hole being in point contact support or small-area contact support; a gap exists between a hole wall of the center hole and the support cushion block, while the support cushion block is mounted on the bottom plate, and a head portion of the support cushion block is encapsulated in the central hole. The ultra-low load cell module of the present invention is easy to install, accurate in weighing, and may minimize height.
Scale lock
A lock assembly includes at least a lock component, a lock member, and a bracket. The lock component is securable to a load cell. The lock member is configured to move into a first position to provide an unlocked state in which the lock member is disengaged from the lock component. In the unlocked state, the load cell is physically unsecured from the lock member and enabled to operate. The lock member is configured to move into a second position to provide a locked state in which the lock member is engaged with the lock component. In the locked state, the load cell is physically secured to the lock member via the lock component. The bracket is configured to support the lock member in relation to the lock component.
Device and method for weighing a ballast on a crane and corresponding crane
The invention relates to an apparatus for ballast weighing on a crane, comprising at least two ballasting cylinders that are equipped to lift/lower the ballast and that each comprise at least one pressure transducer in the region of the piston and/or rod side, and comprising at least one evaluation unit that is equipped to calculate the mass moved by the ballasting cylinders from the pressures detected by the pressure transducers on retraction and/or extension of the ballasting cylinders, excluding the friction forces occurring in the ballasting cylinders. The invention furthermore is directed to a method for calculating the ballast weight of a crane by means of a corresponding apparatus.
Vehicle Load Metering Device
A vehicle load metering device, which is provided with a displacement sensing module, a signal processing/transfer-ring module and a signal receiving/processing module, wherein the displacement sensing module is provided with a plurality of displacement sensors combined with various elastic support devices of a vehicle suspension system respectively; various displacement sensors are combined with two support plates of a corresponding elastic support device, so as to sense the displacement amount of both upper and lower ends of the two support plates of the corresponding elastic support device; the signal processing/transferring module processes and transfers the displacement amount measured by the various displacement sensors of the displacement sensing module; and the signal receiving/processing module receives a signal and provides same to a vehicle load metering device which can be conveniently installed on a vehicle and accurately measure vehicle loads.
REVERSIBLE FORCE MEASURING DEVICE
A reversible force measuring device for ascertaining the magnitude and/or direction of an applied load and having a cavity containing an indicating material such as a fluid, with the cavity configured such that when a load is applied to the device, it causes a reversible volumetric change to the cavity. This change causes the indicating material to move in or out of the cavity in a quantity which corresponds to the magnitude and/or direction of the applied load. By measuring the movement of the indicating material, a user can determine the magnitude and/or direction of the applied load. The device may include a component which generates an electrical signal from the measured movement and transmits this signal to another device to control the tensioning of one or more fastener components and or make other analytical measurements by combining this measurement with other measurements like torque and or angle.

A weight measurement device comprises: a housing cover to receive weight of a measurement target; a plurality of load cells to support the housing cover and detect the weight; a housing base comprising, for each of the plurality of load cells, a recessed and projected shape part comprising: a recessed part open upward to at least partially contain each load cell and fix the load cell; and a projected part projected downward corresponding to the recessed part; and an adjustment leg which at least partially contains the recessed and projected shape part, and comprises an adjustment mechanism part for height position adjustment at a position opposed to a side part of the recessed and projected shape part.
APPLIANCE WITH SENSING FOR LOAD DETERMINATION
A refrigerator appliance with sensing for load determination including a shelf and shelf support with a resilient member positioned so as to be compressed by the weight of food items placed on the shelf. Changes in pressure or flowrate of a fluid in the resilient member are used to detect changes in the weight of food items. The appliance can be configured to execute one or more events based on the detected changes.

Harvester stability monitoring and control
A controller for a harvester receives a speed of the harvester, the pitch, the yaw and the roll of the vehicle body, compares the sensed yaw, pitch and roll of the vehicle body to respective acceptable yaw, pitch and roll ranges. The controller also receives a conveyor position respect to the vehicle body, compares the conveyor position to an acceptable range of conveyor positions, calculates a center of gravity of the harvester based upon the yaw, pitch, roll and conveyor position, and compares the speed of the harvester to an acceptable range of speeds based upon the calculated center of gravity of the harvester. The controller also sends a signal to move the conveyor with respect to the vehicle body, alert the user to move the conveyor with respect to the vehicle body, reduce the speed of the harvester, or alert the user to reduce the speed of the harvester.
