A temperature calibration method includes providing a temperature measuring device including a movable shutter module, and a first and a second non-contacting temperature sensing module, and a movable shutter structure of the movable shutter module includes a black substance for generating a predetermined heating temperature; moving the movable shutter structure to a first position by driving of the electric control driver, so as to completely block a first temperature-measuring viewing angle of the first non-contacting temperature sensing module and a second temperature-measuring viewing angle of the second non-contacting temperature sensing module by the black substance; measuring the predetermined heating temperature that is generated by the black substance by the second non-contacting temperature sensing module at the second temperature-measuring viewing angle so as to obtain black body temperature information of the black substance; and calibrating the first non-contacting temperature sensing module according to the black body temperature information.

A method for contactlessly establishing a temperature of a surface includes determining the temperature measurement values of the plurality of measurement pixels. The method further includes correcting the temperature measurement values by using in each case a pixel-associated temperature drift component. The method further includes at least temporarily suppressing an incidence of infrared radiation onto the infrared detector array using the closure mechanism of the infrared measurement system while temperature measurement values are being determined. The method further includes determining the temperature drift components using the temperature measurement values.
Thermal imaging calibration system and method
A system and method for calibrating an imaging system includes a shutter that is moveable in to the optical path of the imaging system to generate an image of the shutter surface, which is flat and uniform. The shutter can be moved in and out of the optical path between first and second positions. The shutter is heated while in the second position and then returned to the first position. Data sets generated at two different temperatures enable the image generated by the imaging system in normal use to be to be adjusted for responsivity and variation in DC offset of the specific pixel array.
SHIELD PLATE AND MEASUREMENT APPARATUS
