Automated analysis device
An automatic analysis apparatus comprises: a light source generating light having a center wavelength equal to or shorter than 340 nm; a fluorescent substance excited by the light source light, and generates light together with transmitted light from the light source, having a wavelength of 340 nm to 800 nm; a condenser lens; at least one slit; a reaction cell holding a reaction solution where a specimen and reagent are mixed, and that the light source light and the light from the fluorescent substance enter; and a detector that detects light transmitted through the reaction cell. The light source, fluorescent substance, condenser lens, and slit are provided along a straight light corresponding to the optical axis. The width of the slit's opening is equal to or narrower than the width of a ray forming an image of the light source at the position of the slit.

A Raman sensor includes a light source assembly having a plurality of light sources configured to emit light to a plurality of skin points of skin, each of the plurality of skin points having a predetermined separation distance from a light collection region of the skin from which Raman scattered light is collected; a light collector configured to collect the Raman scattered light from the light collection region of the skin; and a detector configured to detect the collected Raman scattered light.
Optical wall and process sensor with plasma facing sensor
Embodiments disclosed herein include an optical sensor system for use in plasma processing tools. In an embodiment, the optical sensor system, comprises an optically clear body with a first surface and a second surface facing away from the first surface. In an embodiment, the optically clear body further comprises a third surface that is recessed from the second surface. In an embodiment, the optical sensor system further comprises a target over the third surface and a first reflector to optically couple the first surface to the target.
SAMPLING MODULE
A sampling module for providing an illumination beam onto an object and collecting a measurement beam reflected thereby to at least one measurement device is provided. The sampling module includes at least one illumination module, a light collecting element, and at least one light receiving module. The illumination module provides the illumination beam. The light collecting element has a first opening and an internal space. The illumination module is disposed in the first opening. The illumination beam is transmitted to the object in the internal space. The light receiving module is connected to the light collecting element and includes a case and a lens set. A distance between the sampling module and the object is greater than 0 mm. The measurement beam is transmitted by the object through the lens set to be incident onto the measurement device.
COMPACT SPECTRAL ANALYZER
Aspects relate to a spectral analyzer that can be used for biological sample detection. The spectral analyzer includes an optical window configured to receive a sample and a spectral sensor including a chassis having various component assembled thereon. Examples of components may include a light source, a light modulator, illumination and collection optical elements, a detector, and a processor. The spectral analyzer is configured to obtain spectral data representative of a spectrum of the sample using, for example, an artificial intelligence (AI) engine. The spectral analyzer further includes a thermal separator positioned between the light modulator and the light source.

PHOTOTHERMAL INFRARED SPECTROSCOPY UTILIZING SPATIAL LIGHT MANIPULATION
Apparatuses and methods for microscopic analysis of a sample using spatial light manipulation to increase signal to noise ratio are described herein.
Subpixel apertures for channels in a scanning sensor array
A multispectral sensor array can include a combination of ranging sensor channels (e.g., LIDAR sensor channels) and ambient-light sensor channels tuned to detect ambient light having a channel-specific property (e.g., color). The sensor channels can be arranged and spaced to provide multispectral images of a field of view in which the multispectral images from different sensors are inherently aligned with each other to define an array of multispectral image pixels. Various optical elements can be provided to facilitate imaging operations. Light ranging/imaging systems incorporating multispectral sensor arrays can operate in rotating and/or static modes.
Optical spectrum analyzer
An optical spectrum analyzer is provided that can separate measurement target light into orthogonal polarization components and perform measurement and enable optical spectrum measurement that does not depend on polarization of the measurement target light. Measurement target light is separated into two orthogonal polarization components, the two polarization components whose position is shifted in an engraved line direction of a diffraction grating are incident on the diffraction grating, diffracted light of the two polarization components emitted from the diffraction grating is condensed, and the condensed diffracted light is incident on an incident side end surface of a 2-core ferrule with the two polarization components adjacent to each other.
IMAGE SENSOR SYSTEM
An optical sensor system may include a light source. The optical sensor system may include a concentrator component proximate to the light source and configured to concentrate light from the light source with respect to a measurement target. The optical sensor system may include a collection component that includes an array of at least two components configured to receive light reflected or transmitted from the measurement target. The optical sensor system may include may a sensor. The optical sensor system may include a filter provided between the collection component and the sensor.
