Measuring an adsorbing chemical in downhole fluids
Interaction of adsorbing chemicals with a downhole tool presents inaccuracies in the adsorbing chemical measurement and analysis. The principles of the present disclosure provide a method and system of sampling fluids including an adsorbing chemical in a subterranean reservoir. One method may include modeling an interaction between the adsorbing chemical and a downhole tool, applying the model to a measurement of the adsorbing chemical, and adjusting the measurement in response to applying the model.

Dosing module
A dosing module (137) in an agricultural environment, arranged to apply a milk sample of an animal (100) onto a dry stick (180a, 180b, 180c). The dosing module (137) includes a milk insertion connection (340) arranged to receive milk; a needle (350) configured to receive the milk and apply the received milk to the dry stick (180a, 180b, 180c); a first pump (611), configured to provide milk from the milk insertion connection (340) to the needle (350); and a position adjustment mechanism (510) configured to adjust the needle (350) between a retracted position (α) above the dry stick (180a, 180b, 180c) when dosing milk to the dry stick (180a, 180b, 180c), and at an extended position (β) when flushing milk through the needle (350); and an evacuator (195) arranged to intercept liquid output by the needle (350).

BREASTMILK SAMPLE COLLECTION
A system for collecting a sample of a liquid, the system including a liquid storage vessel including an opening, and a capping element configured to seal the opening of the storage vessel is provided. The capping element includes a chamber configured to store a sample of the liquid separate to the liquid storage vessel. The capping element includes a pipette element defining the chamber that is configured to store the sample of liquid taken from the storage vessel.

Effects of space travel on human brain cells
The invention generally relates to a microfluidic platforms or “chips” for testing and conducting experiments on the International Space Station (ISS). More specifically, microfluidic Brain-On-Chip, comprising neuronal and vascular endothelial cells, will be analyzed in both healthy and inflamed states to assess how the circumstances of space travel affect the human brain.
Electrochemical measurement cartridge
An electrochemical measurement cartridge includes a container including a first analysis chamber for receiving a fluid to be analyzed and a second calibration chamber for receiving a calibration fluid; an electrochemical measurement sensor including at least one work electrode and one reference electrode; a container supporting the sensor and a cover arranged mobile relative to one another to confer on the cartridge at least two separate operating configurations, a first configuration in which the sensor is communicating with the first analysis chamber and a second configuration in which the sensor is communicating with the second calibration chamber; sealing between the chambers of the container and the cover; and a drive member for providing a relative movement of the container relative to the cover.
