AUTOMATIC ANALYZER AND CONTROL PROGRAM FOR AUTOMATIC ANALYZER
The invention has an object to provide an automatic analyzer and a control program that can shorten total analysis time. The automatic analyzer comprises: a sample rack that houses a sample; a sample dispensing mechanism that aspirates the sample from the sample rack and dispenses the sample into a reaction container; a plurality of detection units that detect a reaction liquid in the reaction container; and a control unit that controls the sample dispensing mechanism and the detection units. The control unit checks the measurement item specified for the sample and checks one of the detection units that is specified by the measurement item. When measurements specifying the same detection unit among the detection units are specified consecutively, the order of dispensing by the sample dispensing mechanism is changed so that measurements specifying different detection units are made consecutively.
SAMPLE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD OF RETRIEVING TRAY IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION
A sample measurement system may include: a measurement unit that measures a sample in a sample container; a transport unit that transports a rack that can hold sample containers, via the measurement unit; a collection unit that is detachably provided with a tray in which racks can be set, and that collects the rack transported from the measurement unit by the transport unit and sets the rack in the tray; a storage that stores sample identification information, rack identification information, and tray identification information in association with each other; an input part; a display part; and a controller that, in a condition in which the input part receives input of the sample identification information or the rack identification information, causes the display part to display the tray identification information stored in association with the inputted sample identification information or the inputted rack identification information.
TREATMENT DEVICE FOR TREATING HISTOLOGICAL OR CYTOLOGICAL SAMPLES
A treatment device (1) for treating histological or cytological samples has a plurality of containers (6) for different treatment agents and a detection apparatus (2) for detecting a code which unequivocally identifies a type of a treatment agent or a type of a group of treatment agents from a package or replacement container of a treatment agent or group of treatment agents. The device furthermore has an evaluation apparatus (18) that, based on a detected code, ascertains which of the containers is or are to be replenished or replaced, and an indicating apparatus (4) which communicates to a user the ascertained container (6) or containers (6) that is or are to be replenished or replaced. The indicating apparatus may include a display (5) presenting a schematic image of the plurality of containers (6) with image(s) of each ascertained container being marked, and/or a light source (15) that illuminates each ascertained container.
Volume Data Representation and Processing for Liquid Dispensing Devices
A system and method for ejecting one or more fluids from a digital dispense device. The method includes a) inputting to a memory a volume per unit area for each of the one or more fluids to be ejected from the digital dispense device; b) matching the volume per unit area to a device resolution for the digital dispense device; c) formatting fluid ejectors for the digital dispense device for the device resolution; and d) ejecting fluid from the digital dispense device to provide the volume per area for each of the one or more fluids.
SPECIMEN CONVEYANCE DEVICE AND SPECIMEN CONVEYANCE METHOD
The specimen conveyance device and method can easily specify, regardless of the size of the system, the position on the device of the specimen tube whose position is desired to be grasped and the position on the device of the device part whose position is desired to be grasped. A specimen conveyance unit 10 includes a plurality of conveyance blocks 1, each of which includes one or more light emitting bodies 3 and conveys a specimen tube holder 6 that holds a specimen tube 5 storing a specimen, and a control unit 4 for controlling the conveyance operation of the specimen tube holder 6 by the conveyance block 1, in which the control unit 4 causes the light emitting body 3 of a specific conveyance block 1 among the conveyance blocks 1 to emit light in accordance with the conveyance state of the specimen tube holder 6.
PERSONAL SAMPLING FOR CLEAN ROOM APPLICATIONS
An interactive living entity automatic sampling system includes a structure supporting components including a first sensor, a second sensor, a robotic arm, a camera, and a touchless interface, wherein the structure and the components are adapted for use in a clean room. The first sensor is adapted to sense the interactive living entity in response to the interactive living entity being at a predetermined position relative to the structure for a predetermined time. The second sensor is adapted to sense an indicia associated with the interactive living entity. In response to the second sensor sensing the indicia, the sampling system initiates an operating cycle, or continues the previously initiated operating cycle, for collecting a sample from the interactive living entity. During the operating cycle, the touchless interface provides positioning instructions to the interactive living entity in combination with the robotic arm handling a partially enclosed container for collecting the sample from the interactive living entity.
LABORATORY AUTOMATION DEVICE WITH TRANSPARENT DISPLAY IN DOOR
A laboratory automation device comprises a workspace with liquid containers and a pipetting arm for moving liquids between the liquid containers; a housing enclosing the workspace; a door of the housing for accessing the workspace, wherein the door comprises a transparent display for displaying information and for allowing a person to view into the workspace and a tracking sensor for tracking an eye position of the person. The laboratory automation device is adapted for determining the eye position of the person from sensor data acquired with the tracking sensor; and for displaying information for a notification area in the workspace on the transparent display, such that the information is displayed from a perspective of the person in front of the notification area.
AUTOMATIC ANALYZER
An operator can perform exchange work of a reagent container without including a mechanism for reagent exchange and interrupting an analysis operation.
An automatic analyzer includes: an analysis unit including a plurality of operation units for performing analysis of a specimen; and a control unit for controlling the analysis unit. The control unit allows the analysis unit to set to at least (a) an analysis operation mode in which a first and a second operation unit are operated for the analysis of the specimen, (b) a partial operation mode in which only the first operation unit is continuously operated after the analysis of the specimen is completed in the analysis operation mode, and (c) a reagent exchange mode in which consumables containing a reagent are exchangeable in the analysis unit. The control unit allows the analysis unit to shift from the partial operation mode to the reagent exchange mode.
Cover slip sticking device
It is an object to provide a cover slip sticking device capable of improving matching between types of clearing agents and cover slips. As a means for solving the problem, a cover slip sticking device includes a dipping bath (21) in which slide glasses (22) on which specimens are attached are housed to be dipped in a clearing agent, a holder (11) having a cover slip (10) and cover slip information (14), a mounting part (C) on which the holder is mounted, a sticking part (B) sticking the cover slip (10) taken out from the holder (11) on the slide glass (22), a reading unit (62) reading the cover slip information (14), a storage unit (65) storing a type of the clearing agent and matching information between types of clearing agents and types of cover slips and a determination unit (66) comparing the cover slip information (14) read by the reading unit (62) and the type of the clearing agent stored in the storage unit (65) with the matching information to determine whether the types match with each other or not.
