A pin-on-plate friction and wear test device includes a high temperature heating chamber and a cooling pin. The high temperature heating chamber is fastened horizontally to the mobile base. The axis of the cooling pin is perpendicular to the upper surface of the mobile base. The electric resistance heating plate is located in the bottom closed space under the friction sample plate in the high temperature heating chamber. The electric resistance heats the fixed sample to experiment temperature. The inner layout of pin is a circling cooling channel where the cooling medium adjusts and cools the temperature of the sample. Thermocouples are separately distributed in the temperature measuring groove of the high temperature heating chamber and the temperature measuring hole of the cooling pin for real-time temperature measurement. The device can simulate the friction and wear properties of the high-strength steel plate and hot-stamping die in the differential temperature environment.

A macro-micro switchable mechanical loading module, a nano mechanical loading module and an indentation position optical positioning module are fixed on a gantry beam, an optical imaging axis of an optical microscopic in-situ observation or alignment module and a loading axis of the nano mechanical loading module are coplanar, the optical microscopic in-situ observation or alignment module and the function switchable module are mounted on a table top of a marble pedestal, and a contact or ambient mixed variable temperature module is fixedly mounted on the function switchable module. A modular design is adopted, the micro- and nano-indentation testing instrument is used as a core, in combination with a multi-stage vacuum or ambient chamber, an indentation depth traceability calibration module and multiple sets of optical microscopic imaging assemblies.

The present invention relates to a tri-axial mechanical test apparatus and method for simulating the process of freezing the high-pressure water into ice. The tri-axial mechanical test apparatus comprises a main body loading system, a freezing system, and a sample test system; in the main body loading system, a flange, an axial pressure piston and a pressure-bearing shell are constituted to a loading main body, and the axial pressure and confining pressure are controlled directly by a tri-axial servo tester and indirectly by an oil-water separator respectively; in the freezing system, a circumferential freezing liquid circulation channel and a base freezing liquid circulation channel are connected to an external cold source for cooling and freezing, and a dissoluble shell is provided on the periphery of the sample to ensure the shape of ice; in the sample test system, a serial of optical fiber sensors in the sample is connected to an optical fiber data collector, to measure temperature and strain. The present invention cooperates with a tri-axial servo tester, an oil-water separator, an external cold source and an optical fiber data collector, so that the water can be frozen into ice under pressure under the confinement of a dissoluble shell that is dissolved after an ice sample is formed, and then the tri-axial mechanical test can be carried out directly in the original stress state after water is frozen into ice under pressure.
