RADIATION IMAGING SYSTEM, IMAGING CONTROL APPARATUS, RADIATION IMAGING APPARATUS, RADIATION IMAGING METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
A radiation imaging system includes a radiation imaging apparatus and an imaging control apparatus, the radiation imaging apparatus includes a dose detection pixel that detects a dose of radiation irradiated from a radiation source, and the imaging control apparatus controls the radiation imaging apparatus. Before radiation imaging, the imaging control apparatus specifies a position of the dose detection pixel in a region of interest for calculating a dose indicator value of a radiation image, determines a threshold according to the position of the dose detection pixel, and transmits the position of the dose detection pixel and the threshold to the radiation imaging apparatus. The radiation imaging apparatus makes a setting of the position of the dose detection pixel in the region of interest and the threshold transmitted from the imaging control apparatus, and performs imaging based on the setting.
Compton scattering correction methods for pixellated radiation detector arrays
Various aspects include methods compensating for Compton scattering effects in pixel radiation detectors. Various aspects may include determining whether gamma ray detection events occurred in two or more detector pixels within an event frame, determining whether the gamma ray detection events occurred in detector pixels within a threshold distance of each other in response to determining that gamma ray detection events occurred in two or more detector pixels within the event frame, and recording the two or more gamma ray detection events as a single gamma ray detection event having an energy equal to the sum of measured energies of the two or more gamma ray detection events located in a detector pixel having a highest measured energy in response to determining that the gamma ray detection events occurred in detector pixels within the threshold distance of each other.
Portable XRF data screening method for heavy metal contaminated soil
Provided is a portable XRF data screening method for heavy metal contaminated soil, relating to the technical field of heavy metal contamination test. The method includes the following steps: (1) laboratory test; (2) XRF test; and (3) calculation of a recheck interval: dividing test data into four areas by a contaminant screening value X.sub.c as a horizontal line and a correlation-derived site screening value as a vertical line to calculate the recheck interval. The method is simple and efficient, and is beneficial to saving investigation costs and shortening a project cycle.
Radiation imaging system and radiation imaging apparatus
A radiation imaging system is provided. The system comprises a radiation imaging apparatus including a plurality of pixels for acquiring radiation image data and a detection unit for performing exposure control during radiation irradiation, and a radiation control apparatus configured to control a radiation source that irradiates radiation to the radiation imaging apparatus. The radiation imaging apparatus and the radiation control apparatus transmit signals that relate to exposure control by wireless communication. The radiation imaging apparatus, in a case where an irradiation stop signal indicating that radiation irradiation has been stopped is not received from the radiation control apparatus after a signal instructing to stop radiation irradiation has been transmitted to the radiation control apparatus and until a first time interval has elapsed, transmits a signal instructing to stop radiation irradiation to the radiation control apparatus again.
Methods and systems for real time measurement control
Methods and systems for improving a measurement recipe describing a sequence of measurements employed to characterize semiconductor structures are described herein. A measurement recipe is repeatedly updated before a queue of measurements defined by the previous measurement recipe is fully executed. In some examples, an improved measurement recipe identifies a minimum set of measurement options that increases wafer throughput while meeting measurement uncertainty requirements. In some examples, measurement recipe optimization is controlled to trade off measurement robustness and measurement time. This enables flexibility in the case of outliers and process excursions. In some examples, measurement recipe optimization is controlled to minimize any combination of measurement uncertainty, measurement time, move time, and target dose. In some examples, a measurement recipe is updated while measurement data is being collected. In some examples, a measurement recipe is updated at a site while data is collected at another site.
