20240157403 · 2024-05-16 · ·

The present invention discloses a material detector (100) used to identify a waste material irrespective of a state/condition of the waste material. The material detector (100) includes one or more sensors (110), a detection unit (120) and a comparison unit (130). The sensors (110) capture data of an outermost layer of at least one waste material. The detection unit (120) is configured to determine one or more identity parameters of the waste material by analyzing the data. A relationship table (10) of the comparison unit (130) includes a predefined relation between at least two columns of the relationship table (10). The comparison unit (130) determines a classifier of the waste material from the relationship table (10) using the predefined relation that maps the one or more identity parameters of the waste material with other features of the waste material, thereby accurately identifying the waste material.

Predicting semiconductor package warpage

A method for predicting the electrical functionality of a semiconductor package, the method includes performing a first stiffness test for a first semiconductor package, receiving failure data for the first semiconductor package, the failure data includes results of an electrical test performed after the first semiconductor package is assembled on a printed circuit board, generating a database comprising results of the first stiffness test as a function of the failure data for the first semiconductor package, performing a second stiffness test for a second semiconductor package, identifying a unique result from the results of the first stiffness test in the database, the unique result aligns with a result of the second stiffness test, and predicting a failure data for the second semiconductor package based on the failure data for the first semiconductor package which corresponds to the unique result of the first stiffness test identified in the database.

In an X-ray inspection system (1), a reject bin (14) is split into a reject bin top (15) and a reject bin bottom (16) along a separation gap (17) which is arranged at the level of a transport section (21) of a conveyor belt loop (10) and runs uninterrupted from the outfeed opening (26) to the conveyor access opening (43) which, in turn, continues uninterrupted to the infeed opening (8). After a conveyor access door (19) has been opened and a tensioning mechanism (32) has been released, the conveyor belt loop can be taken out of the enclosure cabinet (5) by sliding the transport section (21) through the separation gap and the conveyor access opening and simultaneously slipping a return section (22) of the conveyor belt loop around the reject bin bottom.

BLOW MOLDING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR DETERMINING PRODUCT DEFECT

Provided is a blow molding machine (1) including a sound collection device (31) that can detect sound; and one or more arithmetic logic devices (33). At least one of the one or more arithmetic logic devices (33) is configured to execute a product determination function for determining a presence or absence of a product defect, based on an electric signal associated with the sound detected by the sound collection device (31).

The present invention relates to the field of biological sample testing technology, and in particular, to a biological sample reaction vessel. A reagent storage portion and a push rod movable relative to the reagent storage portion are packaged in the reaction vessel; the reagent storage portion comprises at least one reagent containing cavity, and the reagent containing cavity is sealed by a sealing element; and the push rod is connected to the sealing element, and the push rod is used for cooperation with an external device to separate the sealing element from the reagent storage portion. In this application, the reagent storage portion and the push rod are both packaged in the biological sample reaction vessel, and in reaction, the biological sample reaction vessel only needs to cooperate with a test cassette. With one operation, that is, inserting the biological sample reaction vessel into the external device, the reagent in the reagent storage portion can be released rapidly.

METHOD FOR GENERATING REFERENCE STATUS DATA FOR MONITORING STATUS OF CHAMBER, METHOD FOR MONITORING STATUS OF CHAMBER, AND APPARATUS FOR MONITORING STATUS OF CHAMBER

Provided is a method of monitoring a status of a chamber, the method including: acquiring a reference status data set that reflects a status of a chamber; transmitting radio waves in a specific frequency range to inside the chamber to be monitored and receiving radio waves reflected by the internal space of the chamber; generating current status data of the chamber using the received radio waves; generating monitoring information on a current status of the chamber using the reference status data set and the current status data; and providing the monitoring information.

Industrial tomography apparatus and method for checking the integrity of industrial products

An industrial tomography apparatus comprising a tomography scan device configured to perform tomography scans of the products placed in the scanning zone and an electronic processing unit programmed to generate a virtual three-dimensional tomography model of a product scanned by the tomography scan device, and to perform a procedure for inspecting industrial products of known type, each comprising a packet or a container. During the inspection procedure the electronic processing unit inspects the virtual three-dimensional tomography model to assess internal features of the product and/or the shape of the product at predetermined zones and determines whether or not those internal features and/or respectively that shape, correspond to a product with intact packet or container. The apparatus implements a corresponding method for checking the integrity of packets or containers of industrial products which have known features.
