INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM STORING PROGRAM
An information processing device includes a wireless communication unit, a search result acquisition unit, a direction information acquisition unit, a map information acquisition unit, and a controller. The search result acquisition unit acquires information of a search result about an electronic device by a search via the wireless communication unit. The direction information acquisition unit acquires direction information representing a direction in which the electronic device found by the search exists, based on short-range wireless communication with the electronic device via the wireless communication unit. The map information acquisition unit acquires map information including location information of the electronic device found by the search. The controller acquires the location information of the information processing device specified based on the direction information and the map information and displays a location of the information processing device in a map image, based on the location information of the information processing device.

The multi-band software defined antenna array tile may include a plurality of coupled dipole array antenna elements; a plurality of frequency converters; and a plurality of digital beamformers.
Directed energy (DE) weapon and passive millimeter wave (PmmW) imager for target tracking
A DE energy weapon and tracking system includes a passive millimeter wave (PmmW) imaging receiver on a common gimbaled telescope to sense natural electromagnetic radiation from a mmW scene. The PmmW imaging receiver operates in a portion of the electromagnetic spectrum distinct from the IR bands associated with thermal blooming or the HEL laser. In the case of a HPM source, the reflected energy is either in a different RF band and/or of diminished amplitude such as to not interfere with operation of the PmmW imaging receiver. Although lower resolution than traditional optical imaging, PmmW imaging provides a viable alternative for target tracking when the DE weapon is actively prosecuting the target and provides additional tracking information when the DE weapon is not engaged.
Radio frequency detection and localization using augmented reality display
A radiofrequency (RF) localization system can include an RF sensing component, a signal-processing module and a visualization element. A plurality of antennas mounted on a belt, or on a helmet, or at least one extendable antenna attached within a backpack could be used for the RF sensing component. The signal-processing module can receive an RF Signal-of-Interest (SOI), and can further compute localization information for the RF SOI such as line of bearing, signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), and SSID information. The visualization element can be an augmented reality (AR) visor mounted on the helmet, or AR glasses. The signal-processing module can be mounted to the helmet, visor, or glasses, as applicable. The RF sensing component, signal module and said visualization element can be worn by the user, and can cooperate to provide hands free RF localization information in an AR format to an end user.

System for and method of estimating bearings of radio frequency identification (RFID) tags that return RFID receive signals whose power is below a predetermined threshold
An RFID tag reading system and method estimate bearings of RFID tags. When the RSSI of a primary and/or secondary RFID receive signal is below a threshold, a primary receive beam is steered in a limited scan to an array of locations distributed around the location at which the RSSI of the primary receive signal is a maximum, and the RSSI of the primary receive signal is recorded at each location. The recorded RSSIs are processed to determine an effective weighted center of distribution of the recorded RSSIs, and the bearing for the tag based on the weighted center of distribution is thus estimated.
