Artifact removing method and diagnostic apparatus using the same
An ultrasound imaging apparatus includes an ultrasound transceiver configured to transmit an ultrasound signal to an object and receive an ultrasound echo signal reflected from the object, based on a beamforming parameter of the ultrasound imaging apparatus; and an image processor configured to generate scanning lines forming a frame based on the received ultrasound echo signal, generate sub-frames by sorting the scanning lines into respective groups having the scanning lines with similar properties, based on the beamforming parameter, perform image-processing of the generated sub-frames, and recombine the scanning lines from the image-processed sub-frames to generate an ultrasound medical image corresponding to the frame.
ULTRASOUND IMAGING METHODS
Ultrasound imaging methods are provided. The method includes: determining a region of interest in a target tissue; determining at least one ultrasound transducer group in an ultrasound probe and a focus position according to the region of interest in the target tissue; controlling, according to the determined focus position and the at least one ultrasound transducer group, transducers in the at least one ultrasound transducer group to transmit, to the target tissue, ultrasound waves that arrive at the corresponding focus point simultaneously, to form a sound field that completely covers the region of interest in the target tissue; and receiving ultrasound echoes of the ultrasound waves from the region of interest to obtain echo information in the region of interest.
Ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and control method
An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus according to an embodiment includes calculation circuitry, acquisition circuitry, determination circuitry, and scan control circuitry. The calculation circuitry calculates an indicator related to motion of biological tissue in a subject, based on echo data obtained through a pre-scan for the subject. The acquisition circuitry acquires a periodic biological signal of the subject. The determination circuitry specifies at least one tune phase in one cycle of the biological signal acquired during the pre-scan, based on the indicator, and determines a timing of a main scan for the subject, based on the specified time phase and the biological signal acquired after the pre-scan. The scan control circuitry executes the main scan at the timing determined by the determination circuitry.
Method and apparatus for synthesizing medical images
A method of synthesizing medical images includes acquiring image data of an object; generating first medical image frames of the object based on the image data; selecting, from among the first medical image frames, second medical image frames corresponding to points of time that have the same electrocardiogram (ECG) signal information of the object; generating a panoramic image by synthesizing the second medical image frames; and displaying the panoramic image on a display.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR OPTIMIZING ULTRASOUND FRAME RATE USING IMPROVED TRANSMIT SEQUENCES
An ultrasound transmit shot sequence that optimizes frame rate while minimizing image movement artifacts is provided. A method includes transmitting, by an ultrasound probe, a shot sequence having a plurality of shots defining a total number of shots of the shot sequence. The shot sequence includes a minimum spatial distance of shot positions from any of the plurality of shots in the shot sequence to a subsequent shot in the shot sequence that is at least a quarter of the total number of shots. The shot sequence includes a maximum temporal distance between spatially adjacent shots of the plurality of shots that is constant irrespective of the total number of shots in the shot sequence.
