OPTICAL ELEMENT FOR INFLUENCING LIGHT DIRECTIONS, ARRANGEMENT FOR IMAGING A MULTIPLICITY OF ILLUMINATED OR SELF-LUMINOUS SURFACES, AND ILLUMINATION DEVICE
An optical element including a plate-shaped substrate with a light-entrance surface and a light-exit surface, a multiplicity of imaging elements formed on the light-exit surface and a multiplicity of diaphragms formed on the light-entrance surface. Each diaphragm includes a transparent geometric region in an opaque region. The optical element can be switched between two operating modes B1 and B2 such that some of the imaging elements change their focal length between values f1 and f2 and/or, some of the diaphragms change their aperture width and/or their position. Exactly one diaphragm is associated with each imaging element in mode B1 so that light passing through the diaphragm is imaged or collimated by the associated imaging element. Consequently, light arriving in the optical element through the diaphragms and then through the light-entrance surface has, after passing through the associated imaging elements in the two operating modes B1 and B2, different propagation angles.
Projector
A projector includes a monochromatic self-luminous display panel; a color filter disposed in front of the monochromatic self-luminous display panel; a filter driver configured to move the color filter in direction parallel to the monochromatic self-luminous display panel; a micro lens array disposed in front of or behind the color filter and configured to convert light emitted from the monochromatic self-luminous display panel into parallel light; a projection lens disposed in front of the micro lens array and the color filter and configured to project light that has passed through the micro lens array and the color filter onto a screen; and a processor configured to control the monochromatic self-luminous display panel and the filter driver.
PROJECTION EXPOSURE DEVICE
A projection exposure device projects exposure light onto a substrate via a microlens array. The projection exposure device includes a scanning exposure unit that moves the microlens array along a scanning direction from one end toward another end of the substrate, and a microlens array shift unit that moves the microlens array in a shift direction intersecting with the scanning direction during movement of the microlens array caused by the scanning exposure unit.
ADVANCED REFRACTIVE OPTICS FOR IMMERSIVE VIRTUAL REALITY
A display device has a display, operable to generate a real image, and an optical system, comprising one or more lenslets, arranged to generate a virtual sub-image from a partial real image on the display, by each lenslet projecting light from the display to an eye position. The sub-images combine to form a virtual image viewable from the eye position. At least one lenslet is symmetric with respect to a plane, and the display surface is cylindrical with its axis perpendicular to that plane.
Sensor unit and image processing device
A sensor apparatus includes a photosensitive sensor, a cover, and a moving mechanism. The photosensitive sensor includes a first lens and a second lens which focus on a photosensitive element. The cover includes a first slit arranged on an optical axis of the first lens and a second slit arranged on an optical axis of the second lens. The moving mechanism is configured to move the photosensitive sensor and the cover relative to each other so that the second slit is arranged on the optical axis of the first lens.
IMAGING LENS ASSEMBLY AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An imaging lens assembly includes a first lens element, a second lens element and a lens barrel, and an optical axis passes through the imaging lens assembly. One of the space adjusting structures is formed via a first peripheral portion of the first lens element and a plate portion of the lens barrel, the other one of the space adjusting structures is formed via the first peripheral portion of the first lens element and a second peripheral portion of the second lens element. Each of the space adjusting structures includes a frustum surface, a spatial frustum surface, a corresponding structure and a spatial layer. Each of the frustum surfaces and each of the spatial frustum surfaces are disposed on an object-side surface of the first peripheral portion and an object-side surface of the second peripheral portion, respectively.
Image display apparatus and mobile apparatus
An image display apparatus mountable on a mobile object includes an image light generator and a transmissive member. The image light generator is configured to generate image light and emit the image light to a transmission and reflection member mounted on the mobile object. The transmissive member is disposed in an optical path of the image light between the image light generator and the transmission and reflection member. The transmissive member is configured to transmit the image light from the image light generator. The transmissive member has a cross section with a predetermined curve, the cross section being orthogonal to a predetermined direction inclined with reference to a virtual plane orthogonal to a horizontal direction of the mobile object.

Virtual and augmented reality systems and methods
A method for displaying virtual content to a user, the method includes determining an accommodation of the user's eyes. The method also includes delivering, through a first waveguide of a stack of waveguides, light rays having a first wavefront curvature based at least in part on the determined accommodation, wherein the first wavefront curvature corresponds to a focal distance of the determined accommodation. The method further includes delivering, through a second waveguide of the stack of waveguides, light rays having a second wavefront curvature, the second wavefront curvature associated with a predetermined margin of the focal distance of the determined accommodation.
