WEARABLE SMART GLASSES
Smart glasses comprise a glasses frame. The smart glasses further comprise a pair of glasses legs connected to two lateral portions of the glasses frame respectively, each of the glasses legs having a first end and a second end, wherein the second end of each of the glasses legs bends inwardly to form a first arc portion. In addition, the smart glasses further comprise a pair of clamping members each disposed at one of the glasses legs, wherein each of the clamping members comprises an elastic clamping element, said elastic clamping element being disposed at the inner side of said second end, wherein said elastic clamping element having a free end that bends inwardly to form a second arc portion.
Assembled structure of main spectacle frame and assistant lens frame
The invention relates to an assembled structure of a main spectacle frame and an assistant lens frame. Sliding slots having fixing parts are disposed on inner sides of the lens frame of the main spectacle frame. Through holes are disposed in front of the lens frame and positioned to correspond to the sliding slots. The assistant lens frame is disposed on the front side of the lens frame of the main spectacle frame. Positioning bumps are protrudingly disposed on inner sides of the assistant lens frame to correspond to the through holes on two sides of the lens frame of the main spectacle frame. Tip holes are disposed on lateral sides of the positioning bumps to be inserted by tip rods for positioning correspondingly.
Slip-resistant eyewear system
A slip-resistant eyewear system comprising an eyewear frame generally comprises first and second hinges coupled to the eyewear frame which are also coupled to first and second tension adjusters. First and second bows are coupled to first and second tension adjusters. The system may comprise an eyewear retainer comprising a first end configured to couple to the first bow and a second end configured to couple to a second bow such that a tension is maintained on the unitary eyewear retainer when the unitary eyewear retainer extends around a back of a head of a user.
Process for mounting an elastic hinge on eyeglass frames
A process for mounting an elastic hinge on eyeglass frames, for coupling a first pivot element, which comprises an elastic carriage provided with a head portion having a first hole, with a second pivot element comprising two shoulders provided with second holes. The head portion of the first pivot element comprises a tilted slide surface adjacent to the first hole. The process envisages to insert the head portion in a slit between the shoulders of the second pivot element to place in succession their holes offset from each other, and then engaging a hinge pin in the holes, so that the free end of the hinge pin acts in abutment against the slide surface of the head portion, in order to force the carriage to slide until the first hole of the first pivot element is aligned with the second holes of the second pivot element.
Slip-Resistant Eyewear System
A slip-resistant eyewear system comprising an angular adjustment screw configured to couple to a first hinge of an eyewear frame such that an angle of the eyewear frame is adjustable relative to a first bow and a unitary eyewear retainer comprising a first end configured to couple to the first bow and a second end configured to couple to a second bow such that a tension is maintained on the unitary eyewear retainer when the unitary eyewear retainer extends around a back of a head of a user.
Apparatus for retractable tethering and attachment to and between headgear and eyewear and methods of making and using the same
Embodiments of the disclosure include an integrated eyewear and headgear system, including retrofitting existing headgear and eyewear, allowing the eyewear to remain attached, affixed to, or connected with headgear while not in use (not covering the eyes), as well as when in use (covering the eyes). A headgear and eyewear system may comprise eyewear configured to be worn on the face of a user; headgear configured to be worn on the head of the user; and at least one retaining mechanism configured to attach the eyewear to the headgear, wherein the eyewear comprises a first position in front of the user's eyes, wherein the eyewear comprises a second position upon the headgear and not in front of the user's eyes, and wherein the retaining mechanism is configured to retain the eyewear with respect to the headgear in at least one of the first position and the second position.
CABLE DISPENSING AND RETRACTING DEVICE
An eyewear retention device is disclosed that includes a length of resilient braided or monofilament line, terminating at each end in a tapered, rubberized retention tubing. One or more retractable spring loaded mechanisms have a locking mechanism for easy extraction and retraction back and forth by simply pulling on said line. The combination of the resilient line and the mechanisms produces a tensioned arc such that in addition to retaining eyeglasses around wearers head when in use when not in use with a simple pull on said line, the retention device forms a suspended arc over the wear's upper torso such that the device does not contact the wear's upper torso or their vestment when donned over a wearer's eyes.
Retractable eyewear retention device
