The use detector is coupled to the electronic components and is positioned to identify when the head of the user is within the region defined by the support structure. The electronic components monitor the use detector and transition from a first mode of operation to a second mode of operation when the use detector senses the head of the user in the region.

Thereby the fragrance tablet mounted in the nose bridge is just adjacent to the user's nose when the eyeglasses are fitted on bridge of user's nose by the nose bridge. Thus the user smells scents emanated from the fragrance tablet and feels refreshing and soothing. The air inlet and the air outlet not only help emanation of scents from the fragrance tablet, but also guide the scents to spread along with air flows induced by movements of people who while walking or riding bicycles.

Eyewear is disclosed that can have multiple ventilation states providing different amounts of ventilation through the eyewear. The eyewear can include a lens and a frame. In some embodiments, the lens can be movable with respect to the frame to provide the multiple ventilation states. In some embodiments, the eyewear can include a gasket that removably attaches to the frame. In some embodiments, the gasket can be movable with respect to the frame to provide the multiple ventilation states.
