Hinged Connections
A hinged connection between first and second members (24, 25) which makes use of a fixation pin (1). The fixation pin (1) has a first configuration which enables the pin to be inserted through a first hole in a first member (24), through an aligned intermediate hole in the second member (25) and through an aligned second hole in the first member (24). The fixation pin (1) does not have a screw thread on its exterior surface. The fixation pin (1) after it has been inserted is subject to a treatment which changes it to a second configuration, or the fixation pin spontaneously changes, while it is being inserted through the holes or immediately thereafter, to a second configuration. In the second configuration, part or all of the fixation pin contacts the wall of at least one of the holes, so that the first and second members are connected together at a hinged connection. The invention is particularly useful when the hinged connection is part of an eyeglass assembly, wherein the temple member or the frame member is the first member (24) and the other is the second member (25).
Moisture-resistant eye wear
Eyewear including an optical functional member, control electronics, and a sealed electrical connective element connecting the electronics to the optical functional member. The connective element can directly connect the electronics to the optical functional member, or can connect through an intermediate contact, e.g., a plug-and-receptacle. The connective element can be muted from the electronics, around a rimlock of the eyewear to the optical functional member. The connective element can be a conductive compressible member, such as conductive rubber. In some embodiments, the connective element can be a multiconductor cable.
CONDUCTIVE CONNECTION THROUGH EYEWEAR HINGE
An eyewear device provides for routing a flexible conductive element or conductor through a hollow interior of a hinge mechanism that connects a temple of the eyewear device to its. The hinge mechanism comprises a pair of hinge pieces that defines a composite conduit through the hinge mechanism, conduit and hence the conductor routed through the passage being hidden or obscured from external view in any operational position of the hinge mechanism.
FRICTION HINGE
A hinge is provided for pivotally connecting a temple bar and the rims of eyeglass frame including: a first part with an upper flange where a first aperture provides a tight fit for a locking pin head section, and a lower flange provided with a recess for receiving the locking pin cylindrical body, a second part with a second aperture having a higher surface roughness than the locking pin cylindrical body, thereby having a higher surface friction between the bushing and the aperture than between bushing and the locking pin—a bushing with an inner opening, a locking pin having a head section and a cylindrical body The second part arranged with a bushing is inserted between the upper flange and the lower flange of the first part. The locking pin is inserted through the first aperture through the inner opening of the bushing and received in the recess.
IMPROVED SPECTACLE FRAME
Described is an eyeglasses frame comprising a front frame supporting a pair of optical lenses, two bars each positioned at a lateral end of the frame, a first magnetic member integral with the front frame and a second magnetic member integral with the bar, the first and second magnetic members being adapted to engage each other in such a way as to guarantee the rotatable connection of the bars to the front frame.
HINGE SYSTEM FOR EYEGLASSES
A hinge system for eyeglasses, including: a first hinge element, including a first end and a second end, where the first end includes a retention element; and the second end includes a first hole that extends between two opposite faces of the first hinge element; a second hinge element, including an aperture for receiving the first hinge element; and a second hole that extends from a face of the second hinge element to the aperture, where the first and second hinge elements form a hollow cavity; a pin at least partially engaged in the hollow cavity; and a lamellar element, including an aperture, where at least a part of the lamellar element is between the retention element and the second hinge element.
Magnetic bluetooth eyeglasses
Magnetic Bluetooth eyeglasses are revealed. A Bluetooth circuit module is mounted in a mounting space of a temple and provided with a built-in Bluetooth unit connected to mobile devices. The Bluetooth circuit module further includes a microphone, a speaker, a touch switch, and a power connection base. The temple is connected to a power supply device by magnetic attraction between first and second magnetic members while the power supply device is in contact with the power connection base of the Bluetooth circuit module. Thereby users are not bothered by wires while in use and the eyeglasses are more convenient to use. Moreover, the eyeglasses can still be used during charging process. Users only need to replace the power supply device with a new one already charged instead of taking off the whole eyeglasses. The eyeglasses which prevent moisture infiltration provide longer service life.
Interchangeable eyewear/head-mounted device assembly with quick release mechanism
A head-mounted device includes a central frame support and at least one removably connected optics arm. The at least one optics arm has first and second free ends that are removably connected to a second end of the central frame support at a point between the first and second free ends. The optics arm extends away from the central frame support and is configured to present information to the user via a display device.
SPECTACLES JOINT
The present invention relates to a screwless, resilient spectacle joint.
Described herein is joint for a spectacle frame with temples, wherein the joint (1) consists of a front part (2), a temple part (3) and a compression spring element (4), wherein the front part (2) consists of a cuboid which is open towards the front, along one side and on the inside, and short, inwardly directed axes of rotation (6) are arranged on the mutually opposite inner sides (5) of the open cuboid, and wherein the temple part (3) is constructed in the form of a holding lug (9), wherein the holding lug (9) is formed to be insertable into the open cuboid of the front part (2) and hinging hooks (13) in the form of recesses are arranged in two opposing outer surfaces of the holding lug (9), which can be suspended in the short axes of rotation (6) of the front part (2), whereby the front part (2) and the temple part (3) are connectable to one another in an articulated manner and the compression spring element (4) is arranged between the front part (2) and the temple part (3) in such a way that the temple part (3) is fixed movably on the axes of rotation (6) of the front part (2).
WEARABLE DEVICES
The embodiment of the present disclosure discloses a wearable device, including: a wearing part including: a connection section and a concave section, the concave section being connected to the connection section. The concave section causes an upper edge of the wearing part to have a downward depression on the wearing part; the concave section is provided with an acoustic output end inside.
