The present disclosure relates to a reflective device and a display apparatus. In one embodiment, a reflective device includes: a resonant cavity configured to reflect a light of a first wavelength range; and a light conversion structure disposed within the resonant cavity and configured to convert an incident light of a second wavelength range into the light of the first wavelength range.
TRANSFER FILM, LAMINATE, ACOUSTIC SPEAKER, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING LAMINATE
An object of the present invention is to provide a transfer film capable of forming a laminate exhibiting excellent antireflection performance in a case of being transferred to a member to be transferred exhibiting a high refractive index. Another object of the present invention is to provide a laminate, an acoustic speaker, and a method for manufacturing a laminate.
A transfer film including a temporary support and a photosensitive composition layer, and further including a first layer having a lower refractive index than the refractive index of the photosensitive composition layer between the temporary support and the photosensitive composition layer, in which a refractive index of the first layer is 1.45 or less.
Aperture structure for optical windows and devices
An aperture structure for a substrate for an optical device includes an optical cavity layer, a light absorbing layer, and a blocking layer. The optical cavity layer includes a dielectric material and is characterized by a refractive index of about 1.4 or greater, as measured at a wavelength of 550 nm. The light absorbing layer includes a metal or a metal alloy and is characterized by an extinction coefficient k of at least 1, as measured at a wavelength of 550 nm. The blocking layer includes a metal or a metal alloy and is characterized by an optical density of at least 3 at each wavelength of light in the range from 400 nm to 700 nm. The aperture structure includes a reflectance of less than 5% at each wavelength of light in the range from 400 nm to 700 nm, as measured through the substrate.
Optical functional resin panel having layers of increasing surface hardness
An optical functional resin panel includes an injection molding resin, a base film, an ultraviolet curable hard coat layer provided on a surface of the base film, and a reflectance control layer provided on a surface of the hard coat layer, in which the reflectance control layer has a thickness variation of 10% or less, and the base film, the hard coat layer, and the reflectance control layer have a surface hardness increasing in this order.
ELECTRO-OPTICAL DEVICE, ELECTRONIC APPARATUS, AND PROJECTOR
In an electro-optical device, a first polarizing element, a first phase difference element, a transmissive liquid crystal panel, a second phase difference element, and a second polarizing element are sequentially arranged. Here, when a phase difference of the first phase difference element and the second phase difference element is λ/4, an influence of orientation disorder of liquid crystal molecules can be alleviated, but a contrast ratio is reduced. Therefore, when a wavelength of incident light is λ, a phase difference R of the first phase difference element and the second phase difference element satisfies the following condition that 0<R<λ/4, preferably λ/12<R<λ/6. For example, it is assumed that the phase difference R is λ/8.
DISPLAY DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DISPLAY DEVICE
A display device includes a backlight module; a display module located on a light exiting side of the backlight module; and a housing accommodating the backlight module and the display module. The display module includes a display panel including an array substrate and a color film substrate arranged opposite to each other. The color film substrate is located between the array substrate and the backlight module. A first polarizer located on one side of the array substrate away from the color film substrate. A manufacturing method of a display device is also provided.
DISPLAY DEVICE
A display device includes a display panel having a light-emitting region, an anti-reflection layer on the display panel, an impact protection layer on the anti-reflection layer and including a plurality of spacers, and a first window on the impact protection layer.
Optical member and display device including the same
Provided is an optical member. The optical member includes a color filter member including quantum dots and a low-refractive index layer below the color filter member and including a first hollow particle and a second hollow particle. The first hollow particle may have a particle size different from a particle size of the second hollow particle.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF SENSOR CALIBRATION USING SWITCHABLE IN-PATH OPTICAL DIFFUSER
Systems and methods of calibrating a sensor using an in-path optic capable of remaining in the sensor's optical path of view for both nominal imaging and for solar calibration collects are described. The optic is reversibly switchable between a transparent state and a diffuse state. An electric field aligns a plurality of liquid crystals dispersed in a polymer between two conductive layers is created to enable the transparent state. Incident light is transmitted through the aligned liquid crystals. The electric field between the two conductive layers is removed, misaligning the plurality of liquid crystals dispersed in the polymer between the two conductive layers. Light dispersed by the misaligned liquid crystals is received, and the sensor is calibrated based on the light dispersed by the misaligned liquid crystals.
System and method for conformal vision
Conformal vision with enhanced image processing of the outputted image is incorporated into novel applications. The conformal vision provides enhanced contrast by the combined inclusion of tunable filters and processing of the images that are generated by the detector. Furthermore, novel uses and applications of the conformal vision enable users to make determinations related to their health and wellness utilizing information provided by the conformal vision.
