Toner container having shutter and image forming apparatus
A toner container includes a toner discharge port and a shutter to open and close the toner discharge port. The shutter includes a shutter main portion and shutter deforming portions. Each of the shutter deforming portions includes a stopper and a stopper releaser. The stopper contacts a contact portion of the toner container to restrict a movement of the shutter in an opening direction. The stopper releaser receives an external force from below to displace the stopper upward to release a contact state of the stopper with the contact portion. The stopper releaser of one of the shutter deforming portions releases the contact state with the contact portion independently of another of the shutter deforming portions. When the contact state of the stopper with the contact portion is released in all of the shutter deforming portions, restriction of the movement of the shutter in the opening direction is released.
DEVELOPER CONTAINER AND IMAGE FORMING DEVICE
A developer container includes a casing having a developer accommodating chamber and a waste-developer accommodating chamber, conveying member, a conveying-member accommodating unit, and a supporting member. The conveying member conveys waste developer in a longitudinal direction of the waste-developer accommodating chamber. The conveying-member accommodating unit accommodates the conveying member therein and has a first opening and a second opening. The first opening is provided in an upstream end portion and allows the waste developer to move from outside of the conveying-member accommodating unit to the inside of the conveying-member accommodating unit. The second opening allows the waste-developer to move from the inside of the conveying-member accommodating unit to the waste-developer accommodating chamber. The supporting member is provided on the casing. The supporting member supports the conveying-member accommodating unit such that the conveying-member accommodating unit is movable in directions perpendicular to the longitudinal direction relative to the casing.
TONER CASE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A toner case includes a case main body, a cover, and a coil spring. The case main body is rotatable and has a toner containing space in which a toner is contained and an opening through which the toner is discharged from the toner containing space. The cover keeps a rotation stop state when the case main body rotates and has a communication space which communicates with the toner containing space via the opening. The coil spring is fixed to the cover so that at least a part of the coil spring is arranged in the communication space. The coil spring vibrates as the case main body rotates.
DEVELOPING DEVICE
A developing device includes a developing container, a developing roller, a supplying roller, a first magnet including a first magnetic pole, a second magnet including a second magnetic pole and a third magnetic pole, a regulating member provided opposed to the third magnetic pole. During non-image formation, an operation in a mode in which the supplying roller is rotated in a direction opposite to a rotational direction of the supplying roller during image formation is executable. With respect to the rotational direction of the supplying roller during the image formation, a position where a magnet flux density of the third magnetic pole in a tangential direction to an outer peripheral surface of the supplying roller is zero is positioned downstream of an upstream end of the regulating member and upstream of the second magnetic pole.
IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
An image forming apparatus is capable of being attached with a toner supply container. The toner supply container stores a toner that is to be supplied to a developing portion. An attachment location of the toner supply container isbelow a light scanning portion in a vertical direction.
Developing unit having guide that stably supports toner cartridge
A developing device includes a developer cartridge and a developing unit. The developer cartridge, in some instances, may include a shutter. This shutter may have a wall for closing a developer supply hole, and be movable, with respect to a developer cartridge casing, between an open position where the supply hole is opened by the wall and a closed position where the supply hole is closed by the wall. The shutter may further include a protrusion that is movable with respect to the wall of the shutter between a first position and a second position in an axial direction. The protrusion, in the first position, is engageable with a developing unit and, in the second position, would be disengaged from the developing unit.
Image forming apparatus
The present invention provides an image forming apparatus including: a first moving member pressed and moved by an openable/closable member when the openable/closable member is opened, and switching a cartridge from a state where the cartridge is positioned in an image forming position to a state where the positioning is released; and a second moving member pressed and moved by the openable/closable member when the openable/closable member is opened, and moving the exposure member from an exposure position to a retracted position, wherein when the positioning of the cartridge is released, a reaction force applied from the first moving member to the openable/closable member reaches a first peak, when the exposure member is moved to the retracted position, a reaction force applied from the second moving member to the openable/closable member reaches a second peak, and timing of the first peak is different from timing of the second peak.
IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM
An image forming apparatus to which a toner container is detachably mountable includes a mounting portion to which the toner container is detachably mountable and which includes a receiving port for receiving toner supplied from the toner container, a passage for permitting passing of the toner received through the receiving port and provided with a through hole, and a filter portion provided so as to cover the through hole and for permitting passing of air; and an accommodating portion configured to accommodate the toner received through the receiving port. At least a part of the through hole overlaps with the receiving port as viewed in a horizontal direction perpendicular to a direction of gravitation.
ELECTROSTATIC IMAGE DEVELOPING TONER, ELECTROSTATIC IMAGE DEVELOPER, AND TONER CARTRIDGE
An electrostatic image developing toner includes a toner particle including an amorphous resin, a crystalline resin, and a release agent. When a cross section of the toner particle is observed, the toner particle satisfies conditions (A1) and (B1) below: Condition (A1): one or more domains of the crystalline resin, the domains having a diameter equal to 10% or more and 40% or less of the maximum diameter of the toner particle, are present in the toner particle, and Condition (B1): one or more domains of the release agent, the domains having a diameter equal to 10% or more and 40% or less of the maximum diameter of the toner particle, are present in the toner particle.
Resin member, resin molded body, cartridge, image forming apparatus, and method for manufacturing resin member
A resin member includes a base material and a resin molded body disposed on the base material, the resin molded body containing a main component constituted by an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin and a carbon black. The resin molded body has two or more peaks within a range of 25° C. to 80° C. in an endothermic curve obtained through measurement performed by heating from 25° C. to 150° C. at 5° C./min with a differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) apparatus.
