The first cover is pivotally movable between first closing and opening positions about a first pivot axis. In the first opening position, the first cover supports a sheet from the first discharge roller. The second cover is pivotally movable between second closing and opening positions about a second pivot axis. In the second opening position, the second cover guides a sheet from the second discharge roller. In the first closing position, one end portion of the first cover is farther from the second cover. In the second closing position, another end portion of the second cover is farther from the first cover. The first pivot axis is at the one end portion of the first cover. The second pivot axis is at the another end portion of the second cover.

A support component includes a leg component having a male thread portion that is provided on at least an upper side of a rod extending in a height direction, and a pedestal portion that is provided larger than the rod and provided at a lower end portion of the rod, and a receiving component having a extruded portion that is provided, in a frame material including two vertically separated plate materials constituting a housing bottom portion of an equipment, in the plate material located on an upper side of the frame material and into which the male thread portion of the rod is screwed, and a through-hole that is provided in the plate material located on a lower side of the frame material and through which the rod passes, in which the support component enables height adjustment in a state in which the rod of the leg component is inserted through the extruded portion and the through-hole of the receiving component.

An image forming apparatus includes a main assembly, a grip, a first guiding member, and a second guiding member. The grip is linearly movable between a first position accommodated inside the main assembly and a second position projecting from the main assembly. The grip has a projection of resin material projecting downwardly from a lower surface of the grip. The first guiding member is provided above the grip to guide the movement of the grip, and the second guiding member is provided below the grip and configured to guide the movement of the grip together with the first guiding member. The second guiding member is provided with an engaging portion projecting from an upper surface of the second guiding member and capable of engaging with the projection to restrict movement of the grip toward the second position when the grip is in the first position.

An image forming apparatus includes a main assembly; a grip linearly movable between a first position accommodated inside the main assembly and a second position projecting from the main assembly, the grip being provided with a projection of resin material projecting downwardly from a lower surface of the grip; a first guiding member provided above the grip to guide the movement of the grip; and a second guiding member provided below the grip and configured to guide the movement of the grip together with the first guiding member, the second guiding member is provided with an engaging portion projecting from an upper surface of the second guiding member and capable of engaging with the projection to restrict movement of the grip toward the second position when the grip is in the first position.

An image processing apparatus according to the present invention has: an apparatus main body whose external appearance is configured from an upper casing, a lower casing, and a link casing that vertically links the upper casing and the lower casing and that has a paper discharge opening for discharging paper on one side face; a paper discharge portion that is formed as a space between the upper casing and the lower casing and that is to store paper discharged from the paper discharge opening; and an operation panel portion that is disposed in a vertically tiltable manner on a front face of the upper casing. When viewing the apparatus main body from the front side, an open space that allows paper discharged to the paper discharge portion to be viewed is provided between the operation panel portion and the link casing.
