TIMEPIECE COMPRISING A VIBRATION-AMPLIFYING DEVICE
Disclosed is a timepiece including a case, a movement and a vibration-generating device intended to produce a sound, the latter two accommodated in the case, a device for amplifying the vibrations from the vibration-generating device, and a membrane receiving the amplified vibrations and generating a sound to outside the timepiece. The vibration-amplifying device includes a lever pivotally mounted on a support in a pivoting plane non-parallel to the plane of the membrane and actuated by a transmission member cooperating with the vibration-generating device to transmit the vibrations to the lever, the lever being integral with the membrane at least translationally in the pivoting plane so a movement of the transmission member, generated by vibration of the transmission member linked to the vibration-generating device and transmitted to the membrane by way of the lever actuated by the transmission member, generates an amplified movement of the membrane for an amplified sound.
SOUND-GENERATING TIMEPIECE
Disclosed is a mechanical wristwatch including a case having a middle, a back cover and a bezel, a vibration-generating device for generating vibrations which are intended to produce at least one sound, which is accommodated in the case, a vibration-amplifying for amplifying the vibrations generated by the vibration-generating device, and a membrane arranged to receive the amplified vibrations and generate a sound from the inside to the outside of the wristwatch. The vibration-generating device is a rotary element having a reading surface including at least one groove arranged to generate sounds. The wristwatch also includes a unit for rotationally driving the rotary element, an actuator for such unit, and a transmission member arranged to cooperate with the rotary element to transmit, to the vibration-amplifying device, the vibrations generated by the groove during rotational movement of the rotary element.
Timepiece striking mechanism
A timepiece striking mechanism including a mechanism for controlling a hammer arranged to strike a resonant component in an impact position, and movable within a working zone between a recoil and rest position and this impact position, this mechanism includes a device for limiting recoil of the hammer after impact, formed either by eddy current braking means arranged to brake the hammer when it enters a back zone, connected and contiguous to the working zone and opposite the impact position, and/or by mechanical friction and/or elastic return means integral with the hammer or an anchor-piece integral with the hammer, and arranged for friction and/or abutting engagement with a moving braking component or a surface of a fixed part of the striking mechanism.
STRIKING MECHANISM
The invention relates to a striking mechanism, comprising striking hammers, gongs, each being arranged to produce a sound under the action of a hammer associated therewith, actuators for actuating the associated hammer, a striking control device, and at least one striking drive device arranged to engage with the control device. The invention further comprises at least one mechanism for striking multiples of n hours, n≧2, kinematically connected to said striking drive device, said mechanism for striking multiples of n hours being arranged to actuate the hammers to strike the multiples of groups of n hours according to a specific striking when said control device has been actuated.
SLEEP AND WAKE ENVIRONMENT APPARATUS
A sleep and wake environment apparatus includes an aromatherapy diffuser; a speaker; a light source; a clock; and a user interface with controls and a display. Each of these elements are in communication with a control computing device configured to control the aromatherapy diffuser, the speaker, the light source, and the clock automatically and without contemporaneous user input.
Acoustic radiation membrane, and striking watch equipped with the acoustic membrane
The striking or musical watch includes a watch case having a case middle and a back attached to the case middle in a sealed manner and in a detachable manner, a glass closing the case in a sealed manner, a watch movement or a watch electronic module retained in the interior of the watch case and equipped with a sonic vibration generator to be activated during specific periods in order to produce a sound or music. The watch includes at least one acoustic radiation membrane made at least in part of wood or a wood composite material and attached to a part of the case in order to radiate the sound produced by the sonic vibration generator towards the exterior of the case.
Striking or musical watch with an acoustic waveguide arrangement
A striking or musical watch with an acoustic waveguide arrangement. The striking or musical watch (1) includes an at least partially flexible waveguide (2) secured to a fixed part (8) inside the watch to guide the acoustic waves generated by a first portion (2′) of the at least partially flexible waveguide towards a radiating element. The radiating element can include a watch crystal (3) connected to a bezel (5) and a membrane (4) for connecting the bezel to a middle part (6) of a watch case. The flexible waveguide is configured to change the direction of acoustic vibration from the first portion to the radiating element.
