CASE AND TIMEPIECE
A case including a case main body, a first exterior case which is arranged around an outer circumferential portion of the case main body, and a second exterior case which includes an impact receiving portion that is opposed to an inner circumferential portion of at least one of an upper part and a lower part of the first exterior case, and is attached to at least one of the upper part and the lower part of the first exterior case.
STEM-CROWN OF A WATER-RESISTANT WATCH CASE, AND WATCH CASE COMPRISING SAME
The stem-crown of a water-resistant watch case includes a tubular stem inserted into a tubular opening of a middle part of the watch case, and a crown including a first portion connected in part to the stem and a second handling portion. The first portion includes an annular contact surface inclined at less than 90° with respect to a longitudinal central axis of the stem-crown starting from the first portion towards the outside of the second portion. In a rest position, the first portion is in contact against an annular receiving surface of the middle part of complementary shape to one end of the tubular opening towards the outside. The crown further includes a washer under a bearing part of the first portion and contacting the stem, being configured to bear in an annular slot of the middle part between the tubular opening and the annular receiving surface.
SEALING DEVICE
This relates to a sealing device (100) for a watch (200) configured to be inserted into a primary space (201) comprised in a middle part (210). Said sealing device (100) comprising at least one insertion organ (110) configured to be inserted into said primary space (201), at least one first sealing elements set (120) configured to seal said primary space (201) between said middle part (210) and said at least one insertion organ (110), and at least one second sealing elements set (140) configured to seal a secondary space (131) between at least one drive organ (130) and said at least one insertion organ (110).
Method of assembling a timepiece
Method of assembling a timepiece comprising a watch movement and a water-resistant case, the method comprising a first stage of closing the case by fitting and securing a first case element, more particularly a back, and then a second stage of closing the case by actuation of a second case element, more particularly a stem, in particular a winding stem or a valve stem or a push-button stem, the second case element being mobile between a first configuration, in which a fluid communication between the interior of the case and an environment outside the case is permitted, and a second configuration, in which the fluid communication between the interior of the case and the environment outside the case is limited, the second stage of closing being an actuation of the passage of the second element from the first configuration to the second configuration.
Locking system for a control element of a timepiece
A watch case having a locking system for at least one control element of a timepiece, the locking system including a manipulable element, a locking element for the at least one control element, and a kinematic link linking the manipulable element to the locking element, the locking system being arranged on the outside of a chamber (63), more particularly on the outside of a water-resistant chamber, defined by the case, the locking element being rotatably mounted, more particularly rotatably mounted about a second axis (A1) of the at least one control element.
Switch device and timepiece
A switch device including: a case provided with a through hole; an operating member having a shaft portion slidably inserted into the through hole; and a plurality of gaskets which are provided on an outer periphery of the shaft portion and are in slidable contact with an inner surface of the through hole, at least one gasket among the plurality of gasket being made of a material containing fluorine.
COMPRESSIBLE SEAL FOR ROTATABLE AND TRANSLATABLE INPUT MECHANISMS
An electronic device has a housing and a rotatable and translatable input mechanism. The housing has an aperture and the rotatable and translatable input mechanism has a shaft positioned at least partially within the aperture and a manipulation structure coupled to the shaft. The manipulation structure may be manipulated to rotationally and translationally move the shaft to provide rotational and translational input to the electronic device. A compressible seal is positioned in a gap between the housing and the rotatable and translatable input mechanism. The compressible seal may resist and/or prevent passage of contaminants into the aperture and/or obscure one or more internal components. The compressible seal may be configured to collapse or bend when the rotatable and translatable member translates.
Device for rewinding and/or immobilizing a marine chronometer
A marine chronometer includes a clock mounted on a support, for example mounted so that it can be inclined with respect to the support using a gimbal mounting, the clock including, inside a case, a mechanical clock movement driven by a barrel, and the clock also including a rewinding control member engaged with a rewinding geartrain for rewinding the barrel. The rewinding control member includes a rewinding control geartrain positioned on the outside of the clock, secured to a spindle passing through a wall of the case via a bearing, the through-spindle being engaged with the rewinding geartrain.
