Wearable electronic device including ventilation and waterproof structure
Provided is an electronic device including a housing, a plate coupled to one surface of the housing, and an adhesive member at least partially disposed in a coupling portion between the housing and the plate and including a plurality of layers. The adhesive member includes at least one waterproof-ventilation layer to perform a ventilation function and a waterproof function.
Sealing system for timepiece case
A sealing system for a case of a timepiece, including: a first seal intended to be inserted between a middle on one side and a ring and a glass on the other side, a second seal intended to be inserted between a middle and a glass, the first and second seals being two distinct seals, in particular two independent seals or two separate seals, and/or the first and second seals being made of two distinct materials.
WATER-RESISTANT CLOSING DEVICE FOR WATCH CASE
A water-resistant closing device for a watch case, the device including an annular gasket (1) arranged to be placed between a middle (2) and a back (3), a bezel or a crystal (4), or a bezel and a crystal, or a back and a crystal. The gasket (1) has on its middle portion a bulge (10) protruding on its outer lateral face (11), the bulge being arranged to be engaged against the middle (3) and compressed following the installation of the back or of the crystal on the middle, the bulge being delimited by an upper (12) and lower material countersink (13) on either side of the bulge (10) in the non-compressed state of the gasket (1) to facilitate its installation and its deformation.
CASE AND TIMEPIECE
A case includes a main case body and an exterior member. The exterior member is welded to the main case body with laser light. The laser light is irradiated onto an irradiation surface. A welding part of the main case body and the exterior member is formed on the inner periphery surface extending along a height direction of the case and is formed such that the irradiation surface is perpendicular to the incident laser light.
CASE, TIMEPIECE AND FASTENING MEMBER
A case by which impact resistance is enhanced and damages due to impacts are prevented, a timepiece equipped with the case, and a fastening member are provided. The case includes a case main body which has first insertion holes, a first exterior case which has second insertion holes coaxially corresponding to the first insertion holes and is arranged on the upper part of the case main body, and fastening members which have fixing portions to be fixed in the first insertion holes and fitting portions to be fitted into the second insertion holes. Each fitting portion is fitted into the corresponding second insertion hole while being deformed. Therefore, even if the wristwatch case is subjected to an external impact, the first exterior case does not rattle in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the fastening members, whereby the case main body is prevented from being damaged.
Gasket for smartwatch cover
In various implementations, a cover for a smartwatch is provided that includes a housing and a flexible member (e.g., a gasket). The cover may increase user satisfaction with the smartwatch by increasing the aesthetics of the watch for the user, providing flexibility in appearance, and/or inhibiting damage to the watch itself. The gasket may secure the smartwatch in the cover, inhibit damage to the outer housing of the cover by an inner surface of the cover, and/or inhibit interference from the cover with operations of the smartwatch.
Electronic apparatus
An electronic apparatus includes a case (case body) including a bottom wall and a sidewall integrated with each other, having an opening, and having a receiving surface provided as part of the sidewall and along the circumferential edge of the opening, a light transmissive member that covers the opening and is placed on the receiving surface, and a bezel provided in a position outside the sidewall that forms the receiving surface and so attached to the case as to be pressed toward the sidewall.
Water-resistant watch case
A water-resistant watch case of a diving watch, includes at least one back mounted on a lower side of a middle part, and a crystal mounted with a fastening gasket on an upper side of the middle part. The back includes an annular bearing surface for coming into contact with an inner annular surface of the middle part of a shape complementary to the bearing surface during mounting of the back on the middle part. The annular bearing surface and the inner annular surface are inclined towards the inside of the watch case at a determined angle less than 90° relative to a central axis perpendicular to a plane of the watch case so as to distribute stresses between the back and the middle part due to the water pressure during a dive. The annular bearing surface and the inner annular surface are conical in shape.
Water-resistant watch case
A water-resistant watch case of a diving watch, includes at least one back mounted on a lower side of a middle part, and a crystal mounted on an upper side of the middle part. The crystal includes an annular peripheral surface to be fastened with an amorphous metal gasket on an inner annular surface that is complementary in shape, on the upper side of the middle part. The annular peripheral surface of the crystal is inclined towards the inside of the watch case at a determined angle less than 90° relative to a central axis perpendicular to a plane of the watch case to distribute stresses between the crystal and the middle part due to the water pressure during a dive. The annular peripheral surface and the inner annular surface are conical in shape.
Watch with sealed housing and sensor module
Wearable electronic devices, such as watches, can provide a seal member to form a fluid barrier between an inner chamber therein and outer chambers, as well as an external environment. Components within the sealed inner chamber can be protected from elements from the external environment (e.g., water ingress, etc.). The components outside of the inner chamber can include sensor modules and the like. Such components can be operatively connected to components within the inner chamber, for example, by a flex circuit that extends across the seal member. The component can interact with a watchband when coupled to a watch housing of the watch.
