The link organ includes: a base secured to the driving plate and arranged to exhibit a rotational movement about the first fixed axis of rotation, in response to the movements of the driving wheel; and a first arm extending from the base and bearing the unidirectional transmission organ at its distal end, the flexible portion being arranged on the first arm.
