OSCILLATING WINDING WEIGHT WITH A DECORATIVE ELEMENT FOR AN AUTOMATIC TIMEPIECE MOVEMENT
An oscillating winding weight of a movement of a timepiece is mounted such that it rotates on an arbor of the movement. The oscillating winding weight comprises a main element conferring the overall shape of the oscillating winding weight, a heavy part allowing the weight to oscillate in response to the movement of the timepiece and the force of gravity, and a decorative element. The decorative element is a logo or initials and attached to the main element. The main element comprises a first material, the decorative element comprises a second material, and the heavy part comprises a third material. The third material has a higher density than the second material, such that the heavy part is heavier than the decorative element in order to position the decorative element in a predefined position.
Horological movement with automatic winding having time-displaying hands located on the same side as the rotor
A horological movement with automatic winding, including a plate, a barrel, a cannon-pinion including a minute pipe which supports a minute hand, an hour wheel set including an hour pipe which supports an hour hand, an oscillating weight, arranged on the same side of the plate as the cannon-pinion and the hour wheel set, which includes a central hub, a rim, a heavy sector, a lifting arbor rigidly connected to the central hub and about which the minute pipe and the hour pipe are mounted coaxially, the minute hand and the hour hand being located between the plate and the rim of the rotor.
OSCILLATING WINDING MASS PROVIDED WITH A ROTATING DECORATIVE ELEMENT FOR AUTOMATIC MOVEMENT OF A TIMEPIECE
An oscillating winding mass (1) for a movement of a timepiece, the oscillating winding mass (1) being intended to be rotatably mounted on an axis of the movement. The winding mass includes a main element (2) and a decorative element (10), for example a logo or an acronym, a part of the winding mass (1) forming a heavy part (3) allowing the oscillation of the mass (1) in response to the movement of the timepiece and to the force of gravity, the main element (2) giving the general shape of the oscillating winding mass (1), the decorative element (10) being mechanically linked to the main element (2), the decorative element (10) being rotatably mounted on the main element (2).
Self-winding watch
A self-winding mechanical horological movement including a pivotally oscillating weight, wherein the oscillating weight is provided with a decorative disc mounted on the oscillating weight and pivotally driven by the weight. The disc is fastened to a support that includes a stem inserted into a hole provided in the rotational shaft of the weight. The stem and the hole include non-circular section cylindrical portions corresponding with one another, so that the support and the disc are pivotally driven by the shaft. The disc forms a decoration that covers the entire surface of the movement, without requiring technical complexities. The disc can be free to undergo an axial movement in relation to the weight, so that the disc may be removed from the weight when the horological movement is dismantled from a watch case.
Winding device for self-winding automatic watch
A device for winding automatic watches, including an electrical energy source and a receptacle support including a surface configured to receive in abutment a back cover of a watch, the device configured to generate a magnetic and/or electrostatic field or eddy currents, in a fixed position underneath the bearing surface and generate, on a substantially annular angular sector, a magnetic and or electrostatic field that varies as a function of time and whose direction is orthogonal to the bearing surface, or generating eddy currents that vary as a function of time. The device can be provided for a watch including an automatic winding mechanism with an oscillating weight including a first ferromagnetic inner part and a second heavy metal peripheral part, and possibly with a paramagnetic conductive disc coaxial to the oscillating weight.
OSCILLATING WEIGHT WITH VARIABLE GEOMETRY FOR A TIMEPIECE MECHANISM
The invention relates to an oscillating weight (1) with variable geometry for a timepiece mechanism, comprising: a first and a second part (10; 20), an axis of rotation (40) shared by the first and the second part (10; 20), at least one part (10; 20) being arranged in order to oscillate about said axis of rotation, a differential mechanism (30) connected to the first and to the second part (10; 20) so as to vary the position of one part relative to the other through a rotational movement of at least one of the parts about the axis of rotation (40).
Owing to the presence of the differential mechanism (30), the user of the watch can vary the geometry of the oscillating weight (1) directly and therefore the position of its centre of gravity, and thus adapt it to their lifestyle (for example, sport mode, normal mode).
OSCILLATING WINDING MASS PROVIDED WITH A DECORATIVE ELEMENT FOR AUTOMATIC TIMEPIECE MOVEMENT
An oscillating winding mass (1) of a movement of a timepiece, the oscillating winding mass (1) being intended to be mounted for rotation on an arbor of the movement, the mass (1) including a main element (2) conferring the overall form of the oscillating winding mass (1), a heavy part allowing oscillation of the mass (1) in response to the movement of the timepiece and to the force of gravity. The mass (1) includes a decorative element (3), for example a logo or initials, the decorative element (3) being fixed to the main element (2), the main element (2) including two superimposed parts (4, 5) connected one to the other, the decorative element (3) being held by at least one end (11) embedded in the material of the main element (2).
Rotor for automatic wristwatch and fabrication method for the same
A rotor for an automatic wristwatch is disclosed. A rotor for an automatic wristwatch according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a coupling opening configured to be coupled to a rotation shaft of a spring; a body configured to form an area of about a semicircle with the coupling opening as a rotation axis; and a mother-of-pearl part configured to be coupled to the body, wherein the mother-of-pearl part may be accurately engaged with and seated on a seating portion formed on one surface of the body to form a complex shape with one surface of the body.
