Timepiece provided with a mechanical movement and a device for correcting a displayed time

A watch formed by a mechanical movement incorporating a mechanical resonator, including a display displaying the actual time, a correction device formed by a device for detecting the passage of at least one hand through at least one reference time position and by an electronic correction circuit allowing an overall time error for the display to be determined, and a device for braking the mechanical resonator. The correction device is arranged such that it can correct the actual time displayed as a function of the overall time error (loss or gain) previously determined. For this purpose, the correction device is arranged such that the braking device can act on the mechanical resonator during a correction period to vary the running of the drive mechanism of the display, in order to correct the actual time displayed.

Wearable device with user authentication interface

A wearable device is used to authenticate a user into a user account at a user device of the user. In particular, the wearable device may include a sensor configured to detect whether the wearable device is worn by or is with the user. If so, the wearable device may send a signal to the user device and the user device may authenticate the user based on the signal received from the wearable device. For example, when the sensor detects that the wearable device is worn by the user, the wearable device may send a unique signal periodically, such as every five seconds or every 10 seconds. Based on whether the unique signal from the wearable device is received, the user device may authenticate the user.

INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, RECORDING MEDIUM, AND COMPONENT MANAGEMENT METHOD

A management server serving as an information processing apparatus includes ROM or RAM that stores programs, and at least one processor executing the stored programs. The processor is configured to execute processing including: acquiring the component information comprising at least one selected from the 24-hour meter or the small clock or the 24-hour meter or the date window or the function display board provided on the board surface of the timepiece, which points a symbol indicating certain information or displays the certain information, and the component image such as the 24-hour meter image or the small clock image or the 24-hour meter image or the date window image or the function display board image corresponding to the component information; and setting the component image which is common to a plurality of types of timepieces by associating the component information with the plurality of types of the timepieces.

COMMUNICATION DEVICE, ELECTRONIC TIMEPIECE, TIME CORRECTING METHOD AND RECORDING MEDIUM

According to an aspect of the present invention, a device capable of wireless communication includes a counter for counting current time, and a processor for setting a communication mode of the device to one of a notification mode in which the device sends a first notification signal for informing of its existence and a detection mode in which the device detects a second notification signal sent from other device. In the case that the processor changes the communication mode of the device from the notification mode to the detection mode and the second notification signal received in the detection mode includes first time information, the processor corrects time of the counter based on the first time information.
