Improved systems and methods for operating moveable architectural elements (e.g., furniture) are described. The system can include improved features implemented throughout various elements, including hardware elements, controller elements, and/or software elements. As one example, the system can feature the ability to map a characteristic load profile across a particular length of actuation and, if during operation a measured load exceeds the profile, adjust (e.g., stop) the system's motion. The system can also advantageously map its current draw to increase energy efficiency. In addition, the system can include a positioning system that enables it to automatically determine its position upon start up and during operation. In some implementations, the system includes multiple moveable elements (e.g., furniture items). Yield map generation and control system
One or more information maps are obtained by an agricultural work machine. The one or more information maps map one or more agricultural characteristic values at different geographic locations of a field. An in-situ sensor on the agricultural work machine senses an agricultural characteristic as the agricultural work machine moves through the field. A predictive map generator generates a predictive map that predicts a predictive agricultural characteristic at different locations in the field based on a relationship between the values in the one or more information maps and the agricultural characteristic sensed by the in-situ sensor. The predictive map can be output and used in automated machine control.

The method includes: outputting a control signal configured to control a mirror to scan; detecting a feedback signal of the scanning mirror; determining an actual amplitude gain of the mirror based on the feedback signal, and determining an error of the actual amplitude gain relative to a preset amplitude gain threshold; and determining a frequency adjustment based on the error, adjusting frequency based on the frequency adjustment, and obtaining an output signal. In the embodiments of this application, stability of a scanning angle of the mirror can be maintained when resonance frequency of the mirror deviates.

A power system capable of detecting a foreign object, includes a power supplier side, a power receiver side, and a cable. The power supplier side includes a power converter, a foreign object detection and control circuit, and a pull-up circuit. The power converter supplies a supply voltage to the power receiver side according to a power supply control signal. The foreign object detection and control circuit generates the power supply control signal for controlling the power converter, and generates a foreign object detection and control signal according to a voltage at a supplier transmission node of the power supplier side, for determining whether a foreign object exists in the power receiver side. The pull-up circuit adjusts a level of a supply current which is supplied from the supplier transmission node to the power receiver side.

A power system capable of detecting a foreign object, includes a power supplier side, a power receiver side, and a cable. The power supplier side includes a power converter, a foreign object detection and control circuit, and a pull-up circuit. The power converter supplies a supply voltage to the power receiver side according to a power supply control signal. The foreign object detection and control circuit generates the power supply control signal for controlling the power converter, and generates a foreign object detection and control signal according to a voltage at a supplier transmission node of the power supplier side, for determining whether a foreign object exists in the power receiver side. The pull-up circuit adjusts a level of a supply current which is supplied from the supplier transmission node to the power receiver side.

The method comprises determining, at each power source of the plurality of power sources, an assignment of priorities for each of the plurality of power sources. The method also comprises obtaining, at each power source, information indicating an availability of each of the plurality of power sources and determining a set of available power sources, and identifying, at each power source, a preferred power source and a standby power source from the plurality of power sources. The method further comprises determining to change the preferred power source from a first power source to a second power source in response to detecting a condition, and conducting the power transfer.
