The second network device may include a backup file of the device configuration file. The second network device may transmit the backup file of the device configuration file to the first network device in response to detecting that the first network device is lacking the device configuration file.
PORTABLE PRODUCTION MACHINE, MOBILE TERMINAL, PRODUCTION SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR CAPTURING DATA
The present disclosure relates to a portable production machine, a mobile terminal, a production system having a portable production machine and a mobile terminal, and a method for capturing data. According to aspects of the disclosure, on the production machine - which can be, for example, a welding machine or cutting machine - production data is automatically captured, organized into data sets, and converted into data set images, which are displayed on a display device. The displayed data set images are captured with a mobile terminal and transmitted to a central server. As a result, a plurality of production machines can be incorporated into a data system without the need for any changes to the hardware in the production machines.
Robot system and coordinate conversion method
This robot system includes a sensor system, a robot, and a robot controller, in which the robot controller recognizes a robot coordinate system but does not recognize a sensor coordinate system of the sensor system, and the robot controller creates a conversion matrix for carrying out coordinate conversion in a plane including an X-axis and a Y-axis on sets of position coordinates obtained by the sensor system based on the sets of position coordinates of a plurality of objects or points obtained by the sensor system and sets of position coordinates in an X-axis direction and a Y-axis direction in a robot coordinate system corresponding to the plurality of objects or points.
Systems and methods to adapt and optimize human-machine interaction using multimodal user-feedback
Systems and methods for human-machine interaction. An adaptive behavioral control system of a human-machine interaction system controls an interaction sub-system to perform a plurality of actions for a first action type in accordance with a computer-behavioral policy, each action being a different alternative action for the action type. The adaptive behavioral control system detects a human reaction of an interaction participant to the performance of each action of the first action type from data received from a human reaction detection sub-system. The adaptive behavioral control system stores information indicating each detected human reaction in association with information identifying the associated action. In a case where stored information indicating detected human reactions for the first action type satisfy an update condition, the adaptive behavioral control system updates the computer-behavioral policy for the first action type.
Control system of industrial machine
An object of the present invention is to provide a control system of an industrial machine that can efficiently and effectively match and equalize the content information of various data between devices of the industrial machine. The invention is a control system of an industrial machine for matching data in the present device with data in one or more other devices, wherein the control system comprises a changed data identification list including: the regions of a type data storage unit serving as the superordinate class of type data; the regions of a subdivision data type storage unit serving as a subordinate class; and an identifier storage unit indicating identifiers which, when data in each of the regions is changed, identify the change of the data, the present device comprises: a changed data identification list storage unit storing the changed data identification list; a present-device-side data storage unit storing various data; and an updated data processing unit, and the other device comprises: an other-device-side data storage unit storing various data; and an operation execution unit using the various data to perform a desired operation.

Machining step monitoring apparatus and machining step monitoring method
A machining step monitoring apparatus includes a data segmentation unit, a data length adjuster, and a determination processor. The data segmentation unit defines machining start time and machining end time of each single cycle, and segments, from a first physical quantity that temporally changes during the cycle machining in the machining machine, first measurement data indicating the first physical quantity from the machining start time to the machining end time for each single cycle. The data length adjuster generates the second measurement data by adjusting the data length of the first measurement data to match with the data length of the determination reference data indicating, as a reference, a change in the first physical quantity during the single cycle when the machining machine is normally operating. The determination processor compares the second measurement data with the determination reference data to determine whether the machining machine is normally operating.
