Described herein is an operation-control device adapted for controlling operation of a disperser and including an input unit for receiving, from sensing devices, state-values (V.sub.1, V.sub.2, V.sub.3) of at least two different physical entities and/or operational states of the disperser, such as temperature, pressure, etc. A functional-correlation storage unit is configured to store a functional correlation model including correlations of state-values of subsets of physical entities and/or operational states of the mill and indicative of a predetermined plausibility condition associated to a respective correlation. A plausibility-checking unit is configured to determine a flag to the plausibility condition and to provide a corresponding status signal.

Upon receipt of a signal indicating occurrence of anomalies, an information processor displays the nature of the anomalies. The information processor accepts for each anomaly, an input operation for assignment of a worker who is to handle an anomaly. Based on the assignment, the information processor notifies a terminal device of the worker of the nature of the anomaly to be handled by the worker. The terminal device displays contents of a remedy for the anomaly. The terminal device transmits progress information to the information processor. The information processor displays the progress information. The information processor further accepts an input operation for updating the assignment of a worker who is to handle the anomaly. Based on the assignment updated, the information processor notifies the terminal device of the worker of the nature of the anomaly to be handled by the worker.

A notification device includes a first input portion to which first information is input, a second input portion to which second information is input, a display portion to variably display information, and a control portion. The control portion controls the display portion to display information corresponding to the first information with a first display attribute and to display information corresponding to the second information with a second display attribute different from the first display attribute.

The invention is distinguished by the fact that an interface unit for forwarding the information relating to the operating state, which arrives from the technical apparatus, to an external logic unit and/or for receiving a control signal from the external logic unit for directly controlling one or more indication or warning elements is provided.

A device for control and/or command of a visual or thermal comfort element or security element of a building includes a display screen, and an electronic control unit provided with a communication module arranged so as to receive data, according to a wireless communication protocol, originating from a complementary communication module of a central entity arranged so as to control and/or command the at least one visual or thermal comfort element or security element. The central entity is arranged to employ and transmit to the electronic control unit representative data relating to the visual or thermal comfort to electrical consumption or to the security of the building. The electronic control unit generates a display configuration based on at least one datum of content and at least one display descriptive datum defining the arrangement of a display of the at least one datum of content.
