In an example implementation, a method includes detecting an object in image data, performing a comparison between the object and a predefined set of object definitions, recognizing the object as a visually quantified object or a visually unquantified object based on the comparison, processing a command region and a quantifier region for the visually quantified object and identifying a corresponding command, and executing a set of commands for the object.

A control system of a technical installation includes an operator station client and an operator station server that has a visualization service and stored object models of technical objects of the technical installation and generates an XY trend diagram with an operating point visualized in the XY trend diagram from a first measurement value associated with the first technical object and a second measurement value associated with the second technical object, and transmits the XY trend diagram with the operating point to the operator station client via the visualization service, wherein the XY trend diagram and/or the operating point has a reference to an object model, the operating point is influenceable by the technical object underlying the referenced object model, and an operator of the operator station client is visually presented with the referenced object model via the visualization service when selecting the operating point in the XY trend diagram.

Provided is a method for controlling at least one of a container treatment machine and a beverage treatment machine, wherein the treatment machine treats at least one of containers and beverages using predeterminable parameters, wherein at least one control device controls the treatment machine at least temporarily taking into account the parameters, and wherein these parameters are input at least temporarily by an input device, and wherein, by an information output device, information is output at least temporarily to a user, the information being characteristic of a status of at least one of the machine and of data input by the user. According to embodiments of the invention, the information is at least partially output in image form.

A method for providing an attribute of an element in a processing system having a plurality of elements, the processing system being represented as a directed graph having a plurality of nodes and directed edges, each node representing an element, each node having an attribute, and each directed edge representing a relation between two elements of the plurality of elements, the method including: selecting one node of the plurality of nodes as a starting node; constructing a subgraph, the subgraph including all the nodes that are forward-connected by at least one directed edge from the starting node; and outputting all nodes and the attribute of the nodes of the subgraph.
